After completing a module or quiz, the site would often redirect to an "oops, not found" page. It was annoying because it meant that I'd have to go back and find the course and find where I left off.

It was easy to navigate however my name registered for the first course and it should have been one of the drivers. I realized the error prior to the second course. Very easy to navigate the course and will definitely be taking advantage of more of the courses offered. A lot of courses offered

Could be more engaging

The material is useful. The delivery was monotonous and very repetitive which made it more difficult to remain focused.
Having a more engaging delivery would have made the material more memorable. For example, having cartoon characters acting out the scenarios and examples would be more interesting. I understand the material is serious, but introducing the material with more voice inflections and removing the unnecessary wordage would engage the audience more.

Terrible internet/server connections, and needing general improvement

So, I was required to take 2 courses as a requirement for Technical Theatre.
Originally, all the people who hadn't gotten their lift ticket did it as a group. Unfortunately, the servers for the website constantly kept crashing or going on a hiatus.
Initially, it wasn't terrible, but it ended up making a 2 hour course into a 6 hour one. We weren't able to finish any of the tests or had to restart entire modules. Even outside of a school setting, the website kept having terrible lag spikes and load times between questions on the tests was just saddening.

I believe the connection issues can be fixed in the future, same with other elements on the course. Like the sides not being explained clearly, making certain exam questions confusing, the way it was being read was a bit slow for my personal liking. The mechanics on the slideshow being janky. To the point that the button to skip ahead moved constantly. From on the slideshow to the progress bar made the entire experience a bit off putting.

Other than that, the course was alright for what it is. I can see there can be improvements in the future if I ever have to redo my Lift Ticket.

Hello Maya,

There is indeed a big problem with the Group Training.
There are two ways to fix it:

1. Identify the database query and improve that endpoint connection.
2. Have an automatic scaling solution for managing DB resources.

We used the second option in the past but reversed that change because we believed the problem was fixed. However, this was not the case when your group training started.

If you scroll down in the reviews section, you will see another group having the same issues being reported a couple of days before yours.
That is when we implemented a fix to solve those problems, but it didn't work.

I proposed that the client be reimbursed for the transaction or use the individual training option until we resolve it and end up with a mix of both solutions.

The credits were reimbursed for the FP, and the individual training was used for the EWP.

The slideshow mechanics issues are also correlated to the connection problem.

Unfortunately, we can not turn back time to make things better. Still, I appreciate your review, even if it's negative, because it helps us solve those issues and provide a better experience in the future.
