I love the fact that your product is very personal and it is super great for the hair. I had to order that exact color for my sister because everyone wants it. I only wish you can include hair moisturizer after using hair color that has changed the hair.

Not great quality hair color
Not great quality hair color. I gave it 3 tries, asking for adjustments for better grey coverage. Love the idea of the service but the product itself is lacking.

I love my colour!
I love my colour!! It’s exactly what I needed. The instructions they gave really helped me with the whole process from start to finish. Literally my favourite part is a sticker they give you to hold your instructions up on the mirror! lol

Awesome personal customized service, fantastic product!
I loved using eSalon while I was traveling this summer and couldn't go in to my regular hairdresser. They provide personal, customized service and the people really know their hair dye! After the first time, I called in to get my color adjusted because it didn't quite match the previous dye and wasn't covering my grey as much as I wanted. The lady I spoke to asked specific questions and tweaked the color perfectly! I have been very happy with their customer service and the quality of their product! The shipping was fast, and I got a reminder that my next color was being made a few days before so I had time to change anything or add to the order before it shipped. I highly recommend eSalon and will be using them again on my next vacation!

I liked that everything was layed out and easy to use. The color is natural and not flat looking it has individual shading. I have been coloring and highlighting my hair myself for years. This is the best for me.
