While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Rated 1 out of 5 stars

I have bunch of aweful experiences in buying and selling and with their rude customer service.

This review is based on solid experince in online business and I'm a member of this website since 10 years ago and have bunch of aweful experiences in buying and selling and with their rude customer service.
Esam.ir is full of fraudlent sellers due to lack of survelineces and management.
Frankly Esam.ir is not only of the most unreliable so-called online shop (auction) in IR but also the most untrustable one.
They pretend themsenves as a professional auction website and promote their name as en eBay of IR but they are far from understanding the basics of business, trade, customer care and other important things.
This website is a repository of counterfeit goods and a place for sellers of these goods to gather.
Don't be risky, be careful and take care of your money and precious time!
