Update from yesterday’s review. I was able to open the file and print the ESA letter and I’m pleased with the results and the fast response to receive the letter.

Fast and helpful

Worked perfectly!

Worked for me, my pet was allowed to live with me with no pet fees! The licensed therapist I spoke to was very kind and responded quickly to any questions I had after the phone call. Would recommend!

Excellent Service - Chrystine L. Is Great!

Excellent service especially as a first time pet owner! I was able to schedule my evaluation online and was promptly contacted. I had a unique case where my ESA is not a typical dog or cat, but a call duck, so additional research and approval was needed. Chrystine, the clinician who evaluated me, was friendly, informative and professional. She even provided me with a place I can seek therapy that would fit my schedule since I work everyday for a variety of companies so my availability is limited. Recommend this service 100%.

It all went very quick, but was not thorough

It all went very quick, but I never got a call to have a session with my therapist so my landlord is asking for a different letter from another healthcare professional that I have a relationship with. I paid for the extra documentation and everything and I am just waiting for my denial letter at this time.

Easy process/good customer service

UPDATE:
ESA Pet fixed the issue in less than 24 hours. Very appreciative of the customer service team and will recommend this company to others.

Was quick and easy to get in contact with someone however, they didn’t change the name on the bottom half of the letter. So the first page of my letter says my name and in the bottom paragraphs it says another random name. Hopefully this can be fixed.

Quick and simple

Great experience. The process was very simple and when I didn't respond via email to set up a phone meeting with the therapist, they reached out via text to set up the meeting. My therapist letter was accepted without question by my rental agency. The whole procees took about a week or two, but would've been quicker if I had responded promptly to the initial email.

Seems Unreliable…

I paid for the letter and nobody reached out to me for a full week. I only got somewhat answered once I called the customer service number and left a voicemail voicing my concern. The email response I was given was that a therapist had tried to call me the previous day and left a voicemail. I never recieved any missed call and zero voicemails. Right before I recived the email from ESA customer serivce, the number I left a complaint with called me for one single ring and then hung up before I could even anser it. I tried to call back later that day multiple times, but only got the voicemail. I eventually got an email back that she was sorry to miss my call, and that she was in a meeting. I almost immediately called back and...voicemail again. Very disappointed. I just want my money back. I have requested a refund so we'll see if they can make that happen for me.

Edit: They refunded me my money.
