The ease of esa is amazing

The ease of esa is amazing. I answered my questions and the doctor did the rest for me. They didn’t question my diagnosis .. just made it easier for me to keep my furr babie with me.

My therapist was very thorough & kind

My therapist was very thorough & kind. I’m from Iowa so I have to wait 30 days, to get my ESA letter.

Cognitive symptoms. My Mental Health Behavior conditions…

My Mental Health Behavior conditions were evaluated by the PSD Therapist. Due to Medical symptoms conditions, age related daily tasks are limited. Bella's Bebé's helps me endure scheduling daily priorities. Preparing meals. Request renew PSD letter on or about 8.31.2026. Thank you very much. Have a pleasant day folks🐾

Would not recommend

I requested a letter and I got an appointment within the day. Once the letter came, I gave it to my landlord. They did not accept it and questioned the validity of this service. Because they questioned the validity of ESAPet, they sent an additional form. In their rejection of the letter, they cited the spelling errors on the letter, the company branding on the letter, and they were unable to connect with the psychologist when reaching out.

I followed up with the psychologist to fix the letter’s mistakes. She did not fix all of the errors, and left the company heading on the letter. ESAPet requested $79 more in order to fill out the additional form.

To be clear, the building management said that the letter was INVALID. But it says on the website “full refund if your letter doesn’t work.” So I requested a refund. Initially they said no, but then they finally gave me a partial refund (about half).

With all of that being said, when I submitted a letter from my personal therapist, my building management accepted it immediately. They did not request additional forms, because they deemed the letter valid. I would recommend just using your own therapist, don’t use ESAPet.

As stated during checkout, if a housing provider requests additional forms, confirmations, or direct communication after the ESA letter has already been issued, there is a separate $59 fee. This covers the therapist’s time to review and complete those additional requirements, and it applies to all clients who need this service.

Your ESA letter itself was valid and not denied. What your landlord requested was additional documentation, which is outside of the standard letter and why that service was offered to you.

That said, we’re sorry this left you feeling unsatisfied and we understand your frustration. We appreciate your feedback as it helps us continue improving the clarity of our process.

I got called for evaluation same day…

I got called for evaluation same day within two hours although it was weekend . The therapist was great to provide approval letter immediately. However i have 2 comments to highlight:
1- the site says second pet for free and i wasn’t able to add my second pet .
2- i opt the housing and travel and paid accordingly, as per the therapist cats aren’t qualified for travel and this option should have not been offered and charged .
But overall , easy and smooth process .

To clarify a couple of points:

The Psychiatric Service Dog (PSD) Letter is specifically for dogs only, which is why cats are not eligible for travel under this option. We do try to make that clear throughout the site, but we’ll review this again to avoid any confusion in the future.

Regarding your second pet, you can absolutely have this included at no extra cost. All that’s needed is to let your therapist know during the evaluation. If you missed that step, please reach out to us directly with your pet’s name, breed, and age, and we’ll make sure the therapist updates your letter.

Wonderful Experience

The therapist was very kind and thorough! She really cared about getting to know me and my history and the positive impact that my cats have on my life. She was very quick getting me the letter after my diagnosis and even recommended after care based upon what we talked about and my history. It was a great experience.

Fast and Professional

Smooth Process

The process was simple and quick. I was able to get an ESA letter for my cat without any issues. I spoke with a therapist the same day, and not long after our conversation, I received the letter. Everything went smoothly, and I would definitely recommend this service.

This was a very simple process

This was a very simple process and I was able to get both of my cats an ESA letter. The first therapist was not able to keep our phone appointment but they set me up with another therapist right away, the same day. After our conversation it was just a short time later I received the letter. I would recommend.

Excellent experience

Everything went smoothly and was comfortable. Heard from the licensed therapist quickly and was able to complete the call the next day. I received a text within a few hours telling me my letter was available online in PDF form. Very easy to navigate the website.
