Escrow is a mess - they approved my personal account then sent emails saying to reapply. They don't know the correct documentation for an incorporated association. They state new photos have been modified - ridiculous. Very uncoordinated and unprofessional. Wasted 2 week on this.

Absolutely the worst service on the internet. Do not use the service no matter what you do. I have chatted with their support over email, phone calls, and through the app then every four days they ask for the same information again. It’s a giant waste of your time. The support are empowered to do absolutely nothing to help you. I would highly advise everyone stay as far away from escrow.com. Use a direct payment or a legit escrow service. Do not use escrow.com. It has been two weeks since they released payment and still have received exactly 0 dollars from them.

Terrible experience — waste of time.
I used escrow.com to sell an antique dresser outside my area and had it shipped. Nearly five days in, they still hadn’t processed the buyer’s payment — even though they told me it was already in the bank. The item arrived before they’d even started the payment process, and they claimed the sale was still “under review.”
This was a private transaction, but they kept asking for extra documentation, photos, and more — all of which had to go through some mysterious review process. Their chat is just a bot, and the one time I got someone on the phone, they gave misleading information. The whole thing felt sketchy and disorganized. I don’t trust them and would never use or recommend this service again.
They claim that I shipped it before they verified but their customer service actually TOLD me to do so and confirmed funds were in the account which was a total lie. They also had to confirm a private sale and for some reason it took over a week? I saved the fees and had no issue so would never use them again

It’s been over a week since my deal closed and these people have still not disbursed and refunded my money. When I reached out to customer service to ask for a proof and receipt of the disbursement so that I can call my bank they conveniently told me that their payment system is down for maintenance and can’t provide a receipt. It’s been days. I don’t know if any platform that’s down for maintenance for days! This company is absolutely shady. In the way they disperse funds. I will never do a deal with these guys again!
