Could not possibly be any worse

Could not possibly be any worse, makes you wonder if they are defrauding you they are so bad. They hold onto your money as long as they can and then the disbursement form asks for your ABA Routing Number. Do not give it, that is not what they really MEAN TO SAY. What they MEAN TO SAY is your domestic bank transfer number, but even THEN they STILL will not accept these "corrections," when it was their mistake to begin with. Never will I ever use them again.

Horrible service . Don't Trust Escrow.com

Horrible service. Never make your transaction using escrow.com on April 10th , 2025 I sold my instagram account for 850 $ to the client in U.S. That client suggested me this site for safe transaction but who knows what will happened next . client paid 900 $ to the company including servive charges and i shared my login credentials to the client because i got mail from escrow saying that your payment is secured to the escrow . later i got mail from escrow saying that client has released your payment. but later i never received the payment . i even added my bank accounts for international transaction as the companies rule . but they declined saying that they are unable to send payment in your bak account . so they asked me for credit / debit card with 100 $ cash in it so that they will deduct it first and return it with the payment. clearly its a scam site and i got scamed by it .

Damn this site please do not use this site because after selling my site on flippa and the buyer paid and the goods were accepted, the account was closed without reason and I did not get the money. I was deceived of 15,000 euros that I transferred a year ago to no avail. Maybe I am like Morocco. This is how they deal with countries outside America. Please do not use this site.

Horrible service

Horrible service! I turned over my vehicle to the buyer on 04/18. Buyer confirmed receipt and accepted vehicle same day. The transaction took another week to be closed on 04/25. Today is 05/02, No disbursement has been to me. I called and was notified the buyers “billing address” was wrong. Why does that matter? We have both fulfilled our end of the deal. Where is my money? They keep giving you excuses about “documents” they and they need one more day to transfer the money. They have over complicated a simple process and are doing something sketchy to keep your money.

Service quality has fallen quite a bit over the years.

Unfortunately it seems like Escrow.com's service isn't as easy as it used to be. The phone rep was so illogical I had to have a manager call me back. Before the manager called me back I contacted support via chat to ask why I was not offered the ability to pay via credit card. They said it was a bug and that I could pay after they manually generated an invoice for me, which would take about 24 hrs. The manager called me back and I asked about the info from my chat. The manager said that, no, the invoice would have failed because it was a limit (of $20K per 6 months) on the seller's side. So I paid by wire.

...And the website has said that ACH is "coming soon" for 4 YEARS now.

🤷‍♂️
