Although technically
Although technically, the product is still excellent and well respected in the industry, as a long time home user with multiple appliance coverage (8 for family), I was very dissappointed by the renewal cost of the licence compaired to that of new users. I paid £10 more for my mid range product compared to a new user offer for the top end product.
Pricing for loyal users, over 25 years in my case, could be better.

Extortianiate charges
On 2.5.24 you charged me £61.30 to purchase a 2 year software licence. This time around on 2.5.26 you charged £110.48 apparently for purchasing the same service. How can you possibly justify such a steep increase in charges. Do not expect me to purchase a further software licence, particularly if you make a further increase in charge.

I have been using ESET for years, it is so simple to use yet its detection engine is top notch.
ESET uses a whole lot less system resources than some of the alternative big name virus protection apps and I will continue to use it for years to come.

Becoming increasingly technically…
Becoming increasingly technically unable to deal with. Surely a security system should control login procedures such as passwords etc which has now been removed. I only renewed because the alternative could be far worse.
