Confusing Sales Spec and most unhelpful Help Desk…
I was confused by the spec of the upgrade. How it differed from my already purchased eset installation was not clear. I went ahead and bought the upgrade and installed it. My laptop locked up, Couldn't switch it off, so I phoned the eSet help desk who wouldn't proceed without my reg number. That number was locked in mylaptop. The agent just repeated his request for this number and then cut me off.

Switched to ESET two years ago.Best thing I ever did regarding Internet security.It was reccomended by the person who built my current model, otherwise I would not have known of the company.Why not take out some advertising on TV and/or quality newspapers.As far as customer care and relations are concerned ESET wipes the floor with its competitors - worth installing just for that!
