A great online store to order anything you want wherever in Greece you live.

A great online store to order anything you need. You can order things like you order from Amazon. Electronics of various companies are often cheaper than in stores like Public and Kotsovolos. You can order anything you need no matter where in Greece you live, even in a very small village or in a village where the closest e-shop pickup store is over 150km away. Hundreds of cities and towns in Greece have e-shop pickup shops.

Selling used parts as new

Their technical department is building computes with their feet not their hands. They use refurb products as brand new and they spam you in lies to cover their mistakes. Avoid at all cost they are new gen scammers when it comes to pc building and troubleshooting. Clueless the least.

Unacceptable, Never again!

Unacceptable, as others mentioned, they advertise items being in 3-4 days available, get full payment and later for 20 days they respond (when they do) with automated emails. After waiting for 20 days for my order had to call them (and wait in line) in order to cancel part of my order. Never again!

Unacceptable practices, unreliable, not recommended

They consistently advertise online, products as being "immediately available for order" , you pay the full amount with the order, and after that the order status is "being expected to be in their warehouse soon". This is a standard practice for them, and if you call customer service, after min 15 minutes of hold time, the agent you talk to, has no reliable info as to when the items you have ordered and prepaid will be in their warehouse to be shipped to you. They should be fined for this behavior towards their customers, and certainly I by no means intend to EVER buy anything from them again. SHAME since it is one of the oldest online markets in the country, and they used to be a reliable one.
I think consumers that had experiences similar to the one I had, should not let it go like that; file a formal complain at
the webside of Ministry of Development, complaint form. I did.

Untrusty

Supposely everything was in stock, they charging a new handling fee and instead of receiving my order within 3 days, its now 3 weeks and i got nothing. I called customer service since they werent replyong in my emails and they promised to sent me the goods but tehy were lying

Be careful

Not surprised that the reviews are negative. Eshoptv was due to launch in the UK but the so called creator didn't want to get her hands dirty....wanted everything for free but to charge big fees. Made promises, used people then once she got what she wanted...you were dust! Go else where if you respect the money you worked hard for!!! Eshoptv doesn't deserve your pennies....

False availability on products

False availability on products. False order progress reporting. Bad communication.
Not a reliable service.
Order sent a week ago. Upon ordering all products were available. The order status was also misleading and false reassuring - everything was checked to be correct. After 20min wait, the costumer service informed me that the products were in fact out of stock and that it will take many more days till they manage to fulfil my order.
Unreliable, avoid!

Excellent prices, vast variety, very good service and after sales

Nowadays I am a regular customer, I choose eshop.gr the last 3 year almost exclusively.
The personnel is very very good.
Whenever a product failed, all I had to do is to return it to the eshop point and I would have it replaced or refunded.
The prices is very often better than what known search sites suggest.
What else would you ask for?
I have to say that prior 02/2020, I used eshop.gr very rarely mainly because I haven't known all the above factors. When I had to built a desktop then time by the time I started exploring its case.

Worst policy / behavior ever...

Worst policy / behavior ever...
Paid with credit card online, went to the local e-shop to receive my product, and they kicked me out of the shop just because I did not have the vaccine.. I was the only customer at the moment there!
They should mention on their website, that their site is ONLY for VACCINATED people, just BEFORE the pay button !!!!

Waiting for an order for 4 weeks and…

Waiting for an order for 4 weeks and not seems to be coming yet. No update from their side. Just waiting. When you call them they ask for understanding but they cannot tell you when your order is going to be delivered. Especially when you order and it says immediately available. Such a shame.

unacceptable and plain deception

i placed an order 28/11/20 and the product page listed the item as available in 2-4 working days. I called them 7/12/20 and they told me that the soonest they would have the item back in stock is on 11/12/20 and if that is the case it would need 2-3 more working days for me to get it . It`s unacceptable and plain deception ... Stay clear...

What other people are saying here is totally true. They sell faulty items and won't repair them when sent in according to their "guarantee", they'll lie to you and charge you for nothing.

Some good but overall ridiculously bad…

Some good but overall ridiculously bad - I will never shop there again.
Laptop delivered October 5th.

The good:
On time delivery
Good communication on delivery time

The bad:
The laptop delivered: a new 2020 macbook air 512GB/8GB i5 didn’t function correctly straight out of the box.
Had used time machine to put my Macbook Air 2015 48GB of material onto external hard drive and when trying to download onto new device, system stopped processing files and stayed at same number of files processed for an hour. 
I then tried to cancel the download but system froze and stopped responding.
I powered off and powered back on.
There were no downloaded items on the machine.
I again tried to initiate download but at that point (about 10hrs October 8th) a message saying Catalina update pending came onto the screen.
Thinking the cause of the problems might be that machine needed updating I started the update.
24 hours later, the machine is still ‘updating’.
The apple logo appears in the middle of the screen and the line slowly goes across the screen, reaches about 85% across and then disappears and the process starts again.

This went on for 24 hours.
I spend a total of about 3 hours chatting and on the phone to apple support.
I ended up with a senior adviser and we tried EVERYTHING to fix this but the conclusion from apple support was that it was a hardware problem.

e-shop eventually agreed to pick up the machine with a view to replacing it after they had done their own testing.

The ridiculous:
e-shop announced that they had tested the machine and found it ‘perfect’ and that they would send the machine back to me.
I refused, knowing 100% that the machine is unusable.

They then proved their own statement wrong by telling me that the ‘crash’ (on a ‘perfect’ machine?) had happened because I was trying to put older data onto a newer machine……..(some people call this migrating files……)

Newsflash: that is why people buy new devices - to migrate their old data onto………………..

So no, I won’t be buying anything from e-shop in the future.

They have said they will send the refund. If there are problems with this I will report.
Stay away from this company.
They take your money, deliver faulty equipment and waste your time.

Horrible after sale service for repairs of defective items.

We have a large air conditioner from E-Shop installed in our home which has broken twice under guarantee, with the same issue. The first time it took near a month to get fixed and this time it has been almost a month in the brutal heat of summer with three small children in our home and they have failed to get the repair parts and do not offer any solutions and will not replace the twice defective product. Avoid E-shop if you care about after-sales service and honest customer service.

Update on August 29, 2020. This shop is crazy. The company sent a new unit but instead of replacing the twice defective unit with the new unit, the technicians dismantled and took replacement parts off of the new unit and put them in the defective unit to repair it.
