Been using this service for some time now and always fully satisfied. Today I had a trouble connecting to Internet for the first time while abroad and lovely lady from support team spent an hour on whatsapp with me assisting me and taking me through every step of fixing the problem. I'm very please and impressed. Will definitely recommend this service to anyone.

A fantastic experience using eSIM in France. I was assisted by Kim and she was incredibly helpful and resolved my issue immediately. Put eSIM’s customer help line on WhatsApp and they respond immediately 24/7. Getting access, wherever you are, made easy.

Elderly people have difficulties with everything that is online or digital; I had difficulties installing eSim and the support team helped me step by step, excellent professionals, I highly recommend!

While traveling my balance on my eSIM was running out. I wasn’t sure how to find the balance and then not sure how to add to it. I contacted ESIM through their WhatsApp support and had immediate personal response!
I will continue to use this company in the future when I travel abroad!!!

Fantastic service and product. I was a bit nervous of using an eSIM as had never had to get a data package outside of my usual mobile provider. I used the North America eSIM with unlimited WhatsApp add on and it was fantastic. No issues with set up but the customer service WhatsApp team checked all my settings for me anyway. Phone joined networks instantly, always coverage, it was a real shame to get back to UK and find I could only get a E signal due to rotten UK signal at Heathrow on my UK plan- missed my US package which connected instantly at all airports! I will be recommending to anyone who needs an overseas data package.
