Customer service was immediate and timely. They resolved my problem in about 30 minutes. The only issue was that opening the customer service chat from the app was sometimes slow, but that may be a connectivity issue.

Fantastic coverage throughout my trip to Cyprus, it was easy to install the ESim and I simply switched it on when I arrived in Cyprus, connecting was instant which is what I needed as I had to engage with people on arrival. Throughout, I switched my UK esim off and simply used the data from the Holafly esim for all my needs. Very easy and reliable

Holafly in my opinion is the best mobile Sim provider for use while you are either on holiday or traveling abroad, so easy to purchase and set up.
The customer service is great if you do have any kind of issues in either setting up or using the Sim abroad I will always use this company from now on

This was the first time I used Holafly…
This was the first time I used Holafly so I had put old email address (my fault) in which was not accessible but Holafly were amazing and sorted this out for me very quickly. I was in USA and got good connection and data speed. It’s also easy to use and no problem when I landed it automatically switched over.I would definitely recommend this company and I will be using again next time.

THIS PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK IN INDIA NO MATTER HOW HARD THEY SAY THAT IT DOES.
Activated the esim as per the instructions only to see no data at all. Charged 8 pounds per day which is expensive especially in India but I was forced to use it since I needed connectivity at the airport.
Holafly thinks that providing products that work, especially for airport connectivity/unknown travel regions, is not a priority as long as they make money off you.
The customer care representative on whatsapp was fine, providing several useful, if not slightly obvious fixes. However, once applying for refunds, the customer care team does not "care" about the customer anymore as once the esim is used, they do not offer refunds straight up, no matter if the PRODUCT DOESNT WORK!!!!!!
I dont know how they have such a good trustpilot rating, I would be very aware and proceed with caution when using Holafly. Especially if you have no backups like travelling to unknown destinations.

Zero New Zealand coverage and poor company response
Bought an e-sim to cover Oceania. It was easy to install and worked in Singapore and Australia but did not work at all in New Zealand. Holafly help was extraordinarily poor. Took hours messaging back and forth without success. Finally put through to technical team however their responses were deleted after a delay in responding due to time zone and had to start from beginning again. But ultimately unsuccessful. E sim also expensive.
