Fantastic, I’ve finished my 3rd e-sim on a holiday to Nth Vietnam. I had even had internet in Halong Bay, I found it a bit tricky to activate it however help is on hand 24/7.

Ruchell was seamless in support. Very straight forward instructions to resolving my connection issue in Vietnam, took about 5 minutes to get internet again. Other than this hiccup, the annual plan has been seamless :) recommend

After some research, I decided to download the Holafly Asia Package eSim as I would be travelling to multiple countries and didn't want the hassle of installing sims each time I changed countries. I took the unlimited packaged and had reliable data coverage in Hong Kong, all over Vietnam and Thailand. I wasn't even thinking about my esim while others were looking for places to buy and how to install theirs.

Really easy to use and never lost connection on our 12 days in Vietnam and Cambodia. Also a very good price, would recommend

It had worked flawlessly in Vietnam, Japan and South Korea but when I got to China I had problems with my e-sim. I contacted them and they helped me try to solve it, it didn’t work so they gave me a new e-sim with better connection here. Very good support and the help I got was amazing. I recommend using Holafly.

I chose this esim cause it's a monthly global plan. Connectivity was bad in every Country ( Nez zealand, Philippines, Vietnam, Japan and France). It said I could use my number to call and text but I couldn't. It didn't work on any of the networks. Website isn't working well. You can only see certain things through the app. It's great for travelers, I'll try with another company next time. Customer service was great and very helpful tho.

I used the asia package for a trip to Singapore and Vietnam. It was easy and covered both countries so the 1 time install and setup had me up and running. I had coverage throughout and mostly had great internet speeds, which is dependent on the local network which Holafly has the best coverage of.

Used my eSIM in Vietnam Cambodia Japan Kaula lumpur but as soon as I landed in Borneo no internet the whole time we were there.
Spoke to customer service who spent all their time trying to convince me my phone was not set up correctly despite the fact it had worked in 4 other countries.
My sum up is great when it works but pointless when it doesn’t.
Borneo should not be offered as an option as I was not alone with this problem everyone I met who had Holafly had the same issue 100% of Holafly customers had no internet.

Holafly gave me consistent reliable service while traveling in Vietnam. Always felt in touch and having resources at hand if need. Made traveling more comfortable. I will use Holafly again whenever I travel for the peace of mind and convenience of staying in touch with loved ones.

Excellent E-sim. Bought a 38 day pan-Asian sim and it worked perfectly in China, Vietnam, Philippines, Korea & Thailand, switching instantly between countries. Highly recommend it

I wanted a reliable and easy service in order to use my phone on holiday in Vietnam and Cambodia. I also wanted a reasonably priced option. Holafly fulfilled these wants. While I was initially hesitant, and had some difficulty loading the app, all went well. Holafly provide a good range of help. I’m not that good with technology so I am happy to recommend Holafly.

There are many options out there for esims that do roughly the same thing but Holafly was the first one I tried and I will continue to use them for future travels as they are easy to use and reliable. It’s my 3rd time using them and never had a problem in Thailand, Cambodia, Philippines and Vietnam.

The service throughout my entire trip through both Thailand and Vietnam has been superb. I haven't once encountered any issues with connection or anything. Completely recommend Holafly to anybody looking to travel.

Competitively priced unlimited data plan for our 2 weeks in Vietnam. Easy to install and worked fine throughout our trip. Would definitely use again.

Something good has become terribly wrong. A company nowadays selling expensive e-sim that’s hardly working as before. For the last 2 weeks I have been travelling in Vietnam, Hong Kong and China. The download speed and coverage is not in par with a local SIM card gives you. And the upload speed is a disaster. I can’t recommend this scam company anymore as I once did.
