Very good and strong connection. Easy to use. I stayed in China 16hours and then i flew to VietNam. It was suprisingly easy to start the wifi connection, and my wifi even still worked in Vietnam few more hours that it fulfilled 24 hours. Wifi worked very well in Hanoi , Vietnam also. I will use Holafly again. It was very good buy.

Good service in Vietnam never dropped once

I used Holafly on my trips to Taiwan and Vietnam, and I was extremely satisfied. The connection was fast, stable, and reliable throughout my travels.

Was easy to find a plan, purchase and install the eSIM. Instructions (Android) were easy, generally it worked very well, a few remote areas in Vietnam and Malaysia had no coverage where other networks did, but otherwise was reliable. It did use a lot of battery power over a normal SIM.

Super easy to install and good connection in Vietnam and China

So glad I purchased my eSIM and installed it before my trip to Vietnam. While other passengers were trying to buy sims in the airport on arrival, I was able to switch on my sim as soon as we landed. So easy to install and use. Connection was great throughout my trip. I purchased unlimited data and had the confidence of always being connected. This was essential as I needed my phone to access information on my trips, boarding passes, taxi apps, directions to hotels etc. I also found that WiFi in some hotels wasn’t good in some areas so having my unlimited data was an excellent purchase. Highly recommend!!

Worked well in the mountains of South Vietnam.

I have had a great experience from asking questions before my trip to Vietnam. Have had no problems from receiving eSIM to loading it before flying to then being able to activate in Vietnam was just as easy. Internet service in Vietnam is amazing. Will be using again.

I had been using VPNs in China many times: some worked part of the time, many never worked. The Holafly esim worked all day, everyday - also in Vietnam. It was great.

My service stopped working, once on WiFi guest service was really really good. They walk you through everything over a chat and it was very easy to follow instructions. They made it work again. It was easy to find the right plan, pay for, and download the e-SIM to my phone. (Your phone must be unlocked by your phone carrier to use the e-SIM.)

The service was cost-effective and worked as advertised. Other than the occasional, minor network slowdown, it worked perfectly with great peace of mind to have my own secure network and not have to rely on free public networks.

I was able to text, share photos, and call home to the USA with WhatsApp. I had no issues with my Samsung wallet or Google Pay, I was able to check my bank accounts, e-mail, stream TV, and movies, manage check-ins, download mobile flight tickets, and listen to music and e-books during long layovers or when the hotel's entertainment was lacking,

We were able to easily navigate public transportation, cities, and towns in the countries we visited (Cambodia, Singapore, Vietnam, and Taiwan) with Google Maps and request a ride-share with Grab (Southeast Asia's version of Uber or Lyft).

The cost was great. I paid about $20 for a multi-country 9-day SIM, a fraction of what my friend paid for her international calling plan through her cell carrier.

My eSim was working fine in Thailand, Vietnam and mainland Malaysia.

When I entered East Malaysia it didn't work anymore.

I had 4 people for more then 3 hours in support until it was working again.
They didn't give up.

It's a hassle if something doesn't work like it supposed to, but Support was good.

The Holafly e-sim is extremely easy to use. I really like the unlimited structure of the plan. Good pricing and I never had any connection problems during my Notth to South Vietnam trip. Would not look anywhere else for my e-sim requirements
