Went to US, worked every single time. I tried it before at colombia a year ago, and worked perfectly also.

Worked great in Colombia, Mexico, Morocco, Argentina and more…

This is my 3rd or 4th time using HolaFly in Colombia and Mexico. The first time to either country, I went looking for SIM cards. Had trouble with my phone disconnecting from the network when I got back to the US.

After that, found Holafly. Easy, straightforward, no issues and the convenience of landing in another country and having data from the get go is why I’ll continue to use them abroad!

I have used Holafly 2 times for work trips: 1 to Colombia, and this last one to USA. I really liked the clear instructions it comes with, and that pretty much you can install and activate the SIM prior to go to the airport and then wait until you arriba at your destination to activate again.
The speed was good at both places, and also when they say it’s unlimited data it’s completely true: in my last trip to the USA, I wanted to listened to music while waiting for transportation or maybe search specific topics covered in my conference through the web, and also looking for directions when trying to do a little tourism, and ALL the times I had good reception. The only time I wasn’t able to use my data was when it was clearly advertised that in the zone that there wasn’t reception there.

We traveled from Mexico City to Medellin, Colombia. Bought 2 eSIMs with unlimited data over 10 days. Everything worked flawlessly.

I've used Holafly in the last year on my trips to the US, Colombia, Portugal and the UK and the service has always been great, great coverage, no complaints. Easy to use, fully recommended!

The Velocity and coverage in Colombia has been not what we expected.
The esim has a +43 instead the +57 in Colombia. Has that something to do with it?
At times the Coverage and net just fades out, and we paid a whole plan for almost a month. As always we are regular users of the service

Poor connectivity with holafly's e-sims twice now: once with a national e-sim for Bolivia and again with a regional e-sim for Latin America in both Bolivia and Colombia. Two month's worth of experience. Even in large cities like La Paz, Santa Cruz and Bogotá, the service connectivity/coverage was poor at best. I had to rely on wifi constantly in spite of paying for these e-sims. Frustrating. I give up.

The platform worked swiftly in all the countries I visited (Turkey, Colombia, and Peru), although in the first country, I had to restart my phone to "recapture" the signal constantly.

I used it in Colombia, Cartagena de Indias, and it was perfect. The connectivity was practically flawless. The price is also quite reasonable. I recommend it.

Their support team was helpful and patient. Also it is really easy to install and use, I had stable connection a few seconds after landing! Totally recommended if you need to be in touch and/or post social media content on the go.

Terrible internet in Colombia. Very expensive. The setup was easy but the service was so unreliable. We got a sim from Exito for a 1/4 of the price and it worked 100x better.

Even when I had to replace a device in one city, the assistance provided was invaluable. Although speeds in some cities may not match those of local lines, the stable connection has ensured uninterrupted access to essential local services throughout my travels. The company delivers on its promises, continuously optimizes its services, and I believe its already fair prices will become even more accessible as more users adopt it.

This is my second updated review for Holafly. Initially, I purchased a 24-hour plan for use in Colombia but had trouble getting it to work. After leaving a review on Trustpilot, I was contacted by customer service, which I greatly appreciated. They provided me with a new 24-hour plan and a clearer installation guide. The support was helpful, and the new guide made the process smoother. While I still think the installation could be simpler, the excellent customer service convinced me to upgrade my rating from 1 to 4 stars. Thank you for addressing my concerns!

All good in our trip to Colombia, coverage was good in Medellin, Cartagena, Bogotá and surroundings. We were able to stay in touch via WhatsApp since the service is just for data with no local number.
