We’ve used Holafly two times. First time in Colombia, second time around the Mediterranean. Both experiences were great. We have reliable connection in good speed for data. It didn’t feel different as having our service at home. The only thing is the big challenging to install, but once you understand the method it’s great. I have chosen Holafly over Airalo on both my last trips, I found better prices.

best of the best use with zero fear, the sim made my stay in Colombia to worth it and price friendly for unlimited internet.

Excellent service no issues at all

the connection and speed was reliable through the whole trip, I purchased and Esim for a trip to colombia and had no issues, the only time I lost signal was when there was no cell service entirely in the more rural areas of the country, it wasnt that holafly lost service, no one had service in that area

The Holafly e-sims are very reasonably priced. I've used them in Colombia, Crete and Gran Canaria. Each time I got a good solid and fast signal. The app is easy to install and works well. Installation of the e-sim is straightforward but you do need 2 devices if installing using the QR code. Overall it suited my needs with no problems.

I literally googled companies for eSIMs while in a mall on a trip to the US after another app wouldn’t let me use PayPal to pay, and the mobile store I had visited was trying to charge me 60USD for a trip of 6 days.

Within minutes I had purchased a 6 day plan for a third of the price on Holafly and 10 mins later had installed and activated it and was online. During my trip I had data 24/7, never noticed any dead spots and was able to use it in multiple cities and even additional states across the US. The data was fast and reliable and was perfect for what I needed it for, which was GPS navigation and keeping family and friends in the know regarding my location.
Can’t wait to try Holafly later this year for my trip to Colombia and next year for my trip to India. Very pleased and impressed.

I gave Holafly three chances across three different trips and three different smartphones, and I will never use them again.
First experience was in Bali in 2023: the internet was continuously extremely slow and practically unusable. Meanwhile, my friends using Nomad and Airalo had perfectly working connections without issues.
Second experience was last week in Aruba: terrible download and upload speeds again. I contacted the helpdesk, tried all troubleshooting steps they suggested, but nothing improved. In the end I requested a refund and switched to a Nomad eSIM — instantly fast and stable internet without any problems.
Now the final attempt in Colombia: once again extremely slow internet. Current speeds are around 2 Mbps download and 0.06 Mbps upload, which is basically unusable in 2026. I activated another eSIM from Nomad on the same phone and immediately got fast 5G speeds.
Conclusion after 3 trips, 3 countries, and 3 different smartphones: Holafly has consistently delivered the worst mobile data experience I’ve had while traveling. I have now deleted the app and will permanently stay with Nomad or Airalo, which actually provide usable speeds and reliable service.

Easy to install. Used in Colombia and had reliable service! Didn’t have to rely on WIFI at places! Definitely recommend.

Internet speed was so bad in Brazil and Colombia. The locals had fast internet and always had data whilst my data wasn’t available most of the time and it was very slow.

Zoe was very helpful to me when purchasing my e-sim. She knew exactly to tell me what to do when my payment wasn’t being processed. Thank alot Zoe, I wish I could send you a bag of coffee from Colombia l.

I love Holafly! I used it on my trip to Colombia and it was reaaaally easy to install. The customer service is amazing and they respond really fast. I would definitely use it again.

I made a referral to get 600 Holapoints and the person who I referred a 5% discount. The discount has been applied to the order made by the other person but I haven’t received the 600 Holapoints. I spent hours chatting with someone based in Colombia who’s only able to write me the same message all the time. The customer service is useless and the company is not serious. I’m a regular customer and I buy at least 3 esim every month for my business travels

No complaints, didn't use it to call, just data, but it was perfect
