I bought Holafly for 8 days for Central Vietnam while having used Holafly esims several times without problems.

This time first four days were without internet with several times restarts and three emauls to Holafly. On fifth day internet suddenly started to function without any actions.

Later on no excuse or any explanation from Holafly. Very unreliable company.

Used a multi country Holafly Asian esim. Great coverage and great speed in both Vietnam and Cambodia.
Definitely recommend.

I purchased two esims prior to our trip to South Korea and Hong Kong. As I have a Samsung and my wife has an Apple, I made a dog's dinner of the installation process - I installed both e sims on my Samsung! Anyway, Holafly customer service sorted out my error very quickly to allow both phones to work. The coverage in both countries was excellent, with only the authorities in Hong Kong requiring you to register your personal passport details and the full esim number lodged in your phone. You are sent text messages on how to register.
We are off to Thailand, Cambodia, and Vietnam next February, and will not hesitate to use Holafly again.

I've now used Holafly in the U.S., Vietnam, Argentina ans Japan. It has worked everytime flawlessly.

Easy to use and great coverage in Vietnam

Very difficult to install in Vietnam, app not possible to download here, complete waste of time and energy.

From the UK, I used them to cover my time in Cambodia and Vietnam, it worked well with no problems.

I have an excellent service, in Australia and Vietnam, it was nice arrive at these countries and my mobile worked immediately. Holafly is the best!!

I have the Unlimited Holafly plan that was working perfectly but after I renewed for another month. The data stop working but it showed that it was working. After 2 days of troubleshooting, Emma finally helped to get it fix. I was so happy and relieved because I am currently in Vietnam and when I realized that my service was not working, it was when I was away from WIFI. Panic much?!?. Traveling with my young son, that was not good attempting to navigate in a country you are not familiar with, with no service. All is well now, and we are back working!!!

I’ve used Holafly five times now during my travels to Italy, Japan, Singapore, Manila, and most recently Hanoi, Vietnam, and I have zero complaints! The connection has always been reliable with super-fast 5G wherever I go. I’m so glad I discovered this gem. Truly dependable and hassle-free data!

Customer service was very helpful and friendly when I brought the eSIM. I got the card mainly for my wife’s phone and for me to occasionally hotspot. After a few days I gave up on the hotspot it was unusable. I bought a cheapie eSIM off trip.com. I had flawless connection all the time in Japan, China and Vietnam for 1/3 the price while my wife often struggled with the internet service on her Holafly eSIM. I can’t recommend Holafly. I recommend getting th cheapie eSIM off trip.com for 1 day ($2-3) just to test and make sure it works. If it works then buy it for the rest of your trip.

E sim was easy to instal on android phone and worked well across Vietnam, Cambodia and Koh Samui

On a recent trip to Singapore and Vietnam, I used a Holafly esim for access to internet, it is always convenient when looking up directions or searching for something while you are not near wifi.
I found the set up simple, and I didn't
have any problem with coverage.
I will definitely use Holafly again when travelling abroad

We purchased eSIM from Holafly for the whole family before travelling to Vietnam, and activated them as soon as we landed. Much cheeper than buying a data package from my regular mobile network operator in Norway. In Vietnam all calls were done on WhatsApp. Be aware that you count both first and last days, so if you need data for a full week (e.g., Saturday to Saturday) you need to purchase for 8 days.

I used Holafly eSIM for the first time 4 weeks ago, it was so easy to use I found this easier and better than using a SIM card that you can get at the Asian airports.

I traveled to Malaysia Kuala Lumpur, Danang and HCMC Vietnam and then to Bali Indonesia.
The whole time I had total coverage, I would definitely recommend this eSIM and would purchase again for my next holiday !

Been using Holafly for a few years now and never had a problem and the data options are great . And never lose service every were i have been in Vietnam

mostly everywhere I went in Vietnam had data coverage which is good. But it did bug me a bit when I landed at the airport that 1st hour it was bugging out. I was on it, but data wouldn't go through until after the 1st hour. I had to be on international roaming that 1st hour.

Great e-sim; I used it on my trip to Thailand, Vietnam, and Singapore. The only con was I had to switch off my e-sim service each time I wanted to access TikTok, because for some reason, it wasn't possible when it was on.
