Holafly was advertised on our inflight entertainment so thought I'd give them a go. Very pleased with the product. Easy to install and gave me steady speed and connection whilst away in the USA.

I was able to call , video call with my family in USA. And play my games. Some times I have to wait a little to get connect but work fine .

I honestly forgot at times that I was using the eSim, because it was super simple to set up, it worked right away and the speeds were always good. I honestly have no recommendations or suggestions on how to improve the process, it did exactly what it was designed for, and what I needed. Highly highly recommend this if you're travelling (Especially in the USA)

Did a short city break to the west coast of the USA from the U.K. was perfect for my needs. Easy to purchase and install. Speed was fast the whole trip just kept my uk sim deactivated and the Holafly one active

I used this eSIM on my recent trip to the USA from the UK. I decided to use Holafly due to issues using my physical Vodafone sim there and saw it advertised on my BA flight. I had to wait until I got to my first hotel before I had time to download the eSIM and install the app. I did have one time when the eSIM stopped working but by switching it off and switching it back on again it worked again. I would thoroughly recommend this eSIM from Holafly and will certainly use it again when travelling.

Have used Holafly eSIMs multiple times for the past 2 years for Europe, USA, Caribbean and Central America. After using a well known competitor at first, Holafly has been my go-to for travel data coverage ever since.

Been using holafly twice when in China is been work perfectly fine but in USA total rubbish very slow

I feel completely ripped off by these people.
I bought a package for my girlfriend and me for a Bahamas cruise, and it never worked.
They told me the package was for the USA. How could I buy a package for the USA if I live there and my phone is from that country?
To clarify my purchase, I didn't select what I needed myself; a sales representative assisted me when I bought it.
Their solution is to transfer you to the technical department only to be told they'll send you a gift card to use on a future trip.
Meanwhile, once I was out of the USA, I couldn't even wish my mom a Happy Mother's Day, and she was very worried because she couldn't reach me anywhere.
It's not about getting a refund (which would be the right thing to do) or a gift card to use later (since I don't plan on using your services again). It's about not being able to achieve the main objective of using this service, which was to congratulate my mother and, along with my wife, my mother-in-law. We couldn't, and what's more, we worried them because we were unable to communicate with them. Therefore, you need to look at how you improve your service and your solutions because even though the package was handled by one of your agents, even that was done incorrectly.

I was sceptical on whether this would prove to be VfM. It totally was, I followed the instructions for a trip to the USA, on landing I followed the activation instructions and - boom, I was online with a very strong signal within less than a minute. Totally worth it and better value than my UK phone provider's daily roaming fees

eSim was easy to purchase and install, and provided a reliable connection in South Korea. I have previously used Holafly with the same success across Europe, USA and Australia.

We have used Holafly now for a few years. We've traveled to Europe, including the United Kingdom. Also, we have traveled to the USA few times and every time we use these people, the experience has been absolutely exceptional, and it takes a weight of your mind. Not having to worry about those naughty roaming costs. So a 100% from us.

First eSim experience. Initially had problems downloading the sim using the QR code provided. Tried manual codes to no avail. contacted Holafly via WhatsApp and with great customer service and after restarting the phone etc I was able to read the QR code and get it installed. On arrival in the USA connection was instant and coverage was perfect for the whole trip. Used it navigation in the car with no problems. Had unlimited GB's so did not have to worry about bills. Will use it again for sure.

Really easy to set up and use. No issues with service in China and USA-- this is was the second time I used Holafly and the price was great for the unlimited plan. I probably didn't need unlimited, but the peace of mind was nice. (Side note, I turned my primary sim off before flying to avoid accidental roaming and was asked if I wanted to disable Date and Roaming. After I activated the eSim, when I landed at the destination, I had to turn Data and Roaming back on. I have a Samsung).

Initial problems scanning QR code to install the eSim, but was able to talk to Holafly via WhatsApp to get instructions to fix the problem. The help was very good. The eSim worked perfectly for my trip in the USA with great coverage. Used a navigation App for driving and the signal was 100% perfect.

Very easy to set up and configure everything pre-flight (automatically following Holafly instructions) and also easy to start using when I landed in US. Support was great helping me with some questions before the flight. Worked smoothly betweeen USA and Canada (without additional configs). Connection was a little slow sometimes, but I was able to send videos, photos and messages.

meduim internet speed very good and reliable it was easy to install and use during my trip to the usa

The speed of connection remained in a very good level throughout the visit, no lost connections etc.
