Overall I had good coverage in Vietnam there were a couple of times that the service dropped off but usually for only a minute or 2. I can't expect perfect results all the time, I don't get them at home. I would recommend Holafly and I will be using them again

In the past, during a holiday in Vietnam in December 2023, my experience was great. When my e-sim didn’t work I got in contact with a real customer service employee who helped me resolve the issue straight away.
Apparently all have changed, because my recent experience while on a holiday in Indonesia was awful and despicable. First, my e-sim wasn’t working. I then spend about 45 minutes with a chat robot to resolve the issue before I finally got to speak to a real person. She still couldn’t resolve it and after more than an hour I lost my WiFi connection. Since I couldn’t use my e-sim during my entire holiday, I asked for a refund. That has been over THREE months ago. I have been send from one department to another, spend hours discussing the issue and over and over answering the same questions. And now it has been radio silence from their side for three weeks. It’s ridiculous.
DON’T USE HOLAFLY if you want to be sure you have a working e-sim and not be giving your money to this stealing company.

I bought this for a trip in Vietnam. Is is a disaster. Only works sometimes so I had to buy a local simcard. Holafly is also much more expensive.

I ordered an unlimited data plan for the two weeks I was in Saigon (Ho Chi Minh city), Vietnam. The connection was fast, but sometimes it was hard to get a connection even around the city center. Nonetheless, it worked well enough for most of my needs. I'd say it worked 80% of the time and I would likely face similar drops in the connection by using any other e-sim out there. I was connected to Viettel, which I was told is one of the best ones out there. The installation process was easy, however, bare in mind you need a Wifi connection to activate the e-Sim if you are a first timer using an e-Sim.

Not the cheapest for internet in Vietnam but its easy and reliable. I was very happy and will use it again.

"Asia" worked very well in my destination countries, Thailand, Laos and Vietnam. Didn't work in Turkey. Did I miss my geographical class?

Being a”mature” lady it is so helpful to be able to get extra help I was in contact with family friends do research booking etc not to worry it was unlimited

I used Holafly during a 5 week trip to Cambodia, Vietnam, Laos and Singapore. My coverage was great overall. It was easy to install and use. No issues. Love that it is unlimited data.

We travelled to Doha (Catar), Hong Kong , Vietnam , Thailand and Singapore for 28 days and had a bad experience with Holafly (Mundi SIM). Even though we contact costumer service several times, the SIM never worked in Doha and we faced connection issues in the other countries we visited.

I used Holafly in Sydney and it was brilliant. When I tried to use Holafly in Vietnam initially the connection was poor but after using the Holafly help line everything was quickly sorted and I’m now experiencing a great internet connection.

So far I have used Holafly for Japan, Greece, Vietnam & Indonesia.
I love being able to keep my own number. I can do it all online. If I wanted to I can switch back to my sim at anytime. Coverage was great. Best of all you won't arrive back from a holiday with a $1800 bill from your provider at home..

eSIM not working in Hongkong and Vietnam. Brought local eSIM in the end, wasting money and it not even cheap, contacted Holafly for refund but no help

I bought a holafly sim for Thailand and Laos and was an absolute waste of money . I had to use my Uk data in the centre of Bangkok as I had at times no reception for navigation etc . The service did not improve in Laos including Vientianne and Luang Probang . I used a Vietel Sim when in Vietnam and had a reception at all times.

I am a happy user of holafly. Because these days the internet is a must. I purchased a 1 month global package for myself which is more expensive but It's reasonable for me coz we have a few countries in Asia to visit before our final destination. I purchased Europe package X2 for 20 days for my son and daughter coz they like to play games. It's very helpful coz I'm not worried I cannot contact my minor children if ever they get lost during our travel. Every time I can update my husband on where we are. I recommended it to him during his business trip to Singapore and Vietnam and he was happy about it too. No need for us to waste our time buying a physical sim in the airport every time we land. In our future travels here in Asia or anywhere in the world I will purchase from holafly again. What makes it easy is they have a team that can assist you 24/7. Thank you holafly for making life easier.

It's the first time I've used esim Although I was wary at first. upon starting use everything was perfect in all three countries I visited (Vietnam Cambodia Laos) A bit more expensive than local sims but avoided the hassle of looking for a purchase installation. All good.

Used it on a recent trip to Southeast Asia (Singapore, Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur), Vietnam (Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh), and Thailand (Bangkok)). Worked amazingly!!! Having internet connection at the airports was a lifesaver from navigation, through customs, and ordering Grab. Couldn’t imagine trying to hunt down a SIM dealer at an airport after landing. Would definitely use again!

We used esim in Vietnam and it worked as soon as we landed and provided overall good coverage through all areas we visited. The speed in some parts of Hanoi were not as good as locals so occassionaly we had to tether off a local.

I traveled to Japan and had a great internet with Holafly, then I went to Vietnam and also used Holafly, I could work with my phone all the time, everywhere
