Purchased Holafly in Italy which worked…
Purchased Holafly in Italy which worked great and the following day flew to Istanbul where it stopped. After checking settings repeatedly there was still no internet service so on the 5th day I cancelled the eSIM. Holafly could not answer how much I would be refunded, only to wait 5-10 working days to find out which was unsatisfactory.

Took a little while to troubleshoot the issue, but felt the right steps were taken, and call was escalated to technical support at the right time. Issue was wrong or old eSIM was being used and data roaming within the eSIM was off. Great support at the end.

Easy to install and worked really well on my trip to the USA I was in Boston and New York and I had a good solid connection throughout.

Most of the time 4G and sometimes even 5G.
In the mountains where everybody had poor connection, we had no problem and a good speed.
I can only recommend Holafly and we will use it again at our next travels.

esim issue for China but great support
I am traveling in China and I bought a card for 21 days. I got issue with my tethering on my day 10 but I contact holafly right away and I was guide to fix the problem, great support and comprehension . And they provide me free of charge a new card to be able to be connected . I will continue to use their service because it really stress-free . Thanks again for the customer service
