Very easy to set up on my IPhone from the Holafly App. eSIM worked very well so didn’t need a physical SIM card!
No issues with coverage in Vietnam and Cambodia.

As soon as we landed in Singapore we had immediate service, absolutely no delays we also had service on the Trang An and Tam Coc rivers in Vietnam - the service was outstanding!

Even as a complete dinosaur when it comes to technology, I found this e sim easy to install and use. We were in Vietnam and my phone didn’t miss a beat. Very happy with it.

This was the first time I had used an eSIM whilst travelling out of Europe rather than my providers data roaming. A family member had previously used Holafly in South America and found it very good.. It was easy to use (I’m an ‘older’ user!), coverage worked well (it was just like using my unlimited data at home) and any issues we had with activation were handled very well by the online chat - very impressed and I’ve already recommended it to friends and family.

I saw the add for Holafly on the British airways flight to Canada and managed to download the app and esim a day after arriving. It worked well and I had great 4G coverage . I will definitely use it again on my next holiday to Vietnam.

Went with Holafly esim for Vietnam. The process was actually pretty simple and I downloaded the esim before leaving Australia. Just before I got on they planet I activated it. When I landed on Vietnam and tourney of flight mode it didn't work. I remembered reading that someone said to restart your phone. I did this then within a minute I was connected. We had reception for our whole trip, even when we were on they Mekong. The speed was easy better than my Telstra supplier back home. Never experienced and throttling of speed and had unlimited data. I was sharing pics and videos everyday. For Vietnam I can say it was extremely good and can highly recommend. Phill 👍👍👍👍👍🇦🇺

Easy to use in the 3 countries we've visit. At some locations poor connection with internet (North Vietnam around Halong Bay and Ma Chau.

Second time I have used Holafly and once gain service excellent, first time Europe and this week in Vietnam.

From the onset of identifying the e sim i would need to having an online chat with a friendly support advisor to actually buying and setting up the e sim, it was very straightforward and easy. The performace of the e sim giving unlimited data coverage for 30 days across Japan and Vietnam was excellent. Great value for money.

The live what’s app chat helped solve an issue I was having in Vietnam. Sharon could not have been more helpful. The issue was resolved in under ten minutes. Great service.

eSim did not work at all in Malaysia (despite being told it would), signal in Thailand & Vietnam but would not connect so totally useless. Worked ONLY (and well) in Singapore. In addition for support I had to buy the Cruise Ship's WIFI (defeating the whole object) which after sometimes waiting >1 hour for a response, still couldn't fix it

My experience with Holafly is two pronged. First I purchased an eSim for Myanmar. It was supposed to work but when I got there it wouldn't connect. I then contacted via WhatsApp their customer service. A young lady name of Tiffany was wonderful. She tried so hard to get it to work. We spent more than one hour working on different things. Eventually we agreed that for some reason the eSim for Myanmar wasn't going to work. Without any hassle at all a refund was offered which I accepted. Three days later the refund came through including a 10% discount on my next purchase

That was the first experience. The second one was for Vietnam. As soon as I arrived in the airport I was able to connect without any problem at all. I've now been in Vietnam more than two weeks, it has worked smoothly the whole time.

Overall my experience has been good. Excellent customer service - immediate response, just unfortunate my eSIM card would not work on cruise but started immediately when we got to ports in Vietnam and Thailand.
