Thank you for your feedback. We have checked our system again and confirmed that the 2GB eSIM data you purchased was fully used during your trip. After all data is used, the service stops automatically. This is not a product or system problem.
All data usage is reported by the local network provider in real time. We do not and cannot stop a plan before the data is fully used. In daily use, background apps, cloud backup, video streaming, or hotspot sharing can use data very quickly, sometimes without being noticed.
We understand your concern about the data usage. However, based on the available records, the data was fully used. The detailed usage information has already been sent to your email for your review.

Not possible to Install the QR Code..
Not possible to Install the QR Code... cannot contact support. The links in the Email they sent my both dont work. Try to open their Website and you will see it does not work. Just the Sales link from google works.
Update:
Second time in Mauritius i tried again and it worked fine...also i could easily log in to check my remaining GB...they seem to have improved their IT 👍😁 5* from me now

Decent and cheap eSIM provider
Decent and cheap eSIM provider. They do not offer the fastest connection (often LTE only, sometimes 4G rarely 5G), but prices are significantly lower than competitors. It's fast enough for chatting on WA, VoIP (video)calling, surfing the web, navigating with Google Maps, etc. Most of what you need anyway. Bandwidth heavy users using apps like IG, Youtube, Tiktok might want to look for true 4G/5G providers. Most countries covered, it's my go-to platform for getting an eSIM abroad. Often even cheaper than local offerings in telecom shops. Not perfect 5-star score because of the lower connection speed and choice of network provider (coverage is sometimes less than could be in remote areas).

GB run out too easy, not safe for women
10GB in Vietnam gone in 3 days although i use wifi a lot (how?). also they did not inform you if you run out of GB, so therefore as a women in the middle of the night i had to walk back to my hotel with no connection whatsoever. I did NOT felt safe. I will not use esim4travel again. I need a notification if i run out of GB!!!!

Mixed Results
Using the eSim at Budapest Hungary.
First day the speed was ok. Next day it didn't work most of the time or was very slow. I couldn't mange to use even half of my 1G.
Plan perchesd was: 1G for 7 days.
Worked ok for the first day. From the second day internet was unusable.
Used less then 0.5G.
A friend of mine used the eSim in Turkey in November 2025 and had a very good experience.
I'll test this eSim in the future and update.

Good overall
It was the first time using an eSIM from them and it worked reasonably well. Sometimes I was getting very bad signal or it was not connecting at all (showing a "!" next to the signal level bars).
I am not sure it is something common in Canada or in the USA, but I never have these network issues with my personal eSIM in Europe.
