stay well clear of these con artists

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I ordered a dog bed from them not realising they actually sell bras, which is apparently being held up for the last month by US customs. I dread to think what the dog bed would have looked like if I were ever to receive it as I omitted to include a cup size, lol.

Ordered beginning of July still not received my order it made out it was based in the UK since found out it’s not 😡 I’ve messaged them numerous times on there chat bot it says uh-oh you need our customer service team we can’t help at end it say Thankyou our customer service team ???? Don’t suppose I’ll ever see my items been ripped off 😡😡

This company sends rubbish nothing like the product they advertise and do not do refunds or returns.

As all the reviews said about this company, they send rubish, not even close what they advertise, not the righ size and they do not refund. Would never order again. Braking costumers right.

TBH this is about a company with a different name and product, but the reviews sound exactly like my experience with Glam-ours. This company turned out to be based in Hong Kong or China, and there were several ads under different company names with the same product. I think they are made-up companies - you just have to look at the names! - which trade in all sorts of crappy goods, and won't give you a refund when you complain.
I came to this page because "esntialstiat" were advertising some sort of miracle spray to get rid of stinky tartar in your pet's mouth, which sounded a bit dodgy to me. I wouldn't trust a product from this sort of company, especially not one that goes in my pet's mouth.

Beware before you order.Terrible company, I ordered pk of Bras then within 2 mins I realised I ordered the wrong size, emailed them and they told me I could send them back. I went on to order right size knowing they would refund it order. The Bras were awful, nothing like the advertisement. I contacted them and they refused point blank to refund on either of the packs. They told me to sell them myself. Point blank refusal. This company is is a scam, selling clothes that are cheap and nasty. I wonder if they pay people to write good reviews 🤔

As with the other reviewers I requested a return address. I was asked why and I said the bras were too small and I didn’t like the colours. They asked for pictures of labels, which I provided.

They replied:
But as our warehouse checked, the product they sent to you is correct according to your order. So sorry for the inconvenience that they do not fit you. Will it be possible to give them to others? They are superior in quality and reasonable in price, and also have been in top-seller in our store for many years.

I have now informed them of my consumer rights regarding online purchases. Without waiting for a reply because I don’t believe this will be resolved I have reported them to my credit card provider as a disputed transaction. They also took more from my card than expected, they stated the price was £19.99 and shipping was free but £23.99 was taken.

Please don’t buy from this company. I ordered 3 bras as per the sizing chart provided and they were far too small. The Company sent this reply.
‘According to our return policy, if we do not send you the wrong item, it won't be supported to returned or exchanged.
But we can refund you 1GBP as compensation.’

Material so flimsy it ripped when I put it on. Band size is ok but the padded cups are ridiculously small and in weird positions! I’ve put 3 truthful reviews on their facebook advertising page and each one has been removed. Only positive comments are allowed which must be against the law.

DO NOT BUY FROM, THESE PEOPLE I BOUGHT TWO BRAS WENT OFF THEIR SIZES THEY DON'T FIT BUT THEY WON'T GIVE MY MONEY BACK AND WON'T SEND ME AN ADDRESS TO SEND THEM BACK

I had ordered a product from this website, it’s been a month I haven’t received my order. Please be aware before ordering about the delivery time.

SCAMMERS 100%I ordered a pack of 3 bras from this company £19.99 I ordered size to what was on the Web site and the sizing was miles off and very small . I emailed to send them back for a refund but they say I got what I ordered and there's nothing they can do . This is the last time I get scammed by these companies who sell rubbish items and refuse any refund and the actual items were also very shoddy . Scam scam scam so sick of these companies. I'm gutted I had to give 1 star.
