Poor customer service
Poor customer service. Contacted them to inquire about my order and was told to wait for 3 weeks and then if nothing, contact them again. No details if the item had shipped or when or any info. Shopping with them is like throwing your money out the window and then hoping it maybe comes back. I worry I’ll never receive my purchase.

Quick Delivery, part was exactly as expected! I can recomend.
The part I ordered was so poorly…
The part I ordered was so poorly packaged (no padding, just cardboard and tape) that it was damaged during transit and could not be used on receipt. This is a huge waste of my time and a waste of resources as I had to throw it away. The company says they will refund me but this could have been avoided with sufficient packaging.

this might seem a bit weird posting 5 stars after the company sent me the wrong part. BUT!! i value great customer service and the person i spoke to in Birmingham was onto a cal with me within minutes of my email to inform them. she was professional, helpful and sympathetic to the error. She said she would refund the item right away and i wouldnt have to send the wrong part back. I genuinely and warmly appreciate service like this. How a company treats a customer when its not taking their money is a real indication on how they value customer service and i for one thought they were absolutely superb. i have no idea who the woman was but she was based in Birmingham and was a German national. Well done to you!
