The part was for an older machine, actually wasn't expecting to find one. It's good that someone stocks parts for older equipment. I questioned the suitability to the model and the response was almost immediate. Reasonably priced and very prompt delivery, a great service overall.......one more electrical appliance saved from the scrapheap. I'll be going to this site first should I have any problems with any appliance in the future

The product arrived quickly. It was a part for a DYSON Hoover. I did feel that the quality was a little bit lighter than a DYSON product.
