they ban for 0 reason and dont help at all. even if u are competing for money they dont help u if u get a false ban. and there client will only start if u restard ur computer,cs 2 lobbies are glitchy in all ways

Don't waste your time here. Admins are trolling you, this platform full of mentally sick pedophiles, who gathered in 1 place trolling all people. Do not even try to solo queue here, because you will be mentally teased and later kicked. (so you would buy premium ofc, trying to avoid this. Thats a good logic, but failed on me). And it will be game after game. This is troll platform made to troll people and make money from you. They dont give prizes, you will get banned, trolled, kicked and will uninstall it in the end. That's what I've did.
anti-cheat client is bloatware. Be aware to delete espodriver.sys because it will run in your sistem. client also uses 10-20% of cpu power for no reason. Game is obviously not running smooth due to some mining process from ac. Once again, are you mining crypto while players trying hopeless win matches vs cheater stack parties covered by admins ? :)))) I really hope you got whole point and image of all whats happening there.

racist platform, every time i play there is someone calling me n1gg3r without anyone from esportal doing anything about it

This is a swedish company run by racists swedish people. The player base is mostly swedish and speak only their language.
They are very racist, including the support employees. Players are throwing racial slurs at any given moment, especially for not speaking their language. They look to kick you out of games and you are stuck and cannot queue for other games.

The application is subpar, with 0 security in mind. It uses a lot of memory.
They have a really badly designed system, where you lose ELO and cannot queue for games if you are kicked.
The support is non-existent and racists.

The worst platform to play competitive csgo. I have been playing this game since 2015; it is the first and only time I´m doing it for any website. This is not where you want to play if your goal is to get a better game experience or skill or let´s say improve in general. I have played more than 40 matches and every single time you try to create some teamplay with your teammates usually the Swedish ( Esportal being used a lot by them ) don´t care and speak Swedish even if they know English. Imagine being solo on esportals, joining the game hearing people speaking not English what would you do? Ask them to speak English. They will probably insult you and show their best racist side. This website is the least well-managed I have seen also the "gifts" you get as a premium or anything else can´t be used as I tried many times with the support they just abandoned. Conclusion community that is mainly childish, not willing to improve or speak English, and administrators that never help you out when you need it especially when you hear that much about injustices that happened on esportal. WORST EXPERIENCE ON CSGO EVER

From the gameplay pov: absolutely horrible servers, very bad teammates, average 5-10 minutes queue time and a vast amount of toxicness. You get into a game and have to listen to the majority of the players talking an excluding language for you, if you are not swedish or finnish and 12 years old kids or 35 years old grown men keep screaming in your ear every game. Anticheat is a big joke, no literal security, maybe filters cracked onetap but not much more.
Support? whats that? Big shout out to razwell... and ignorant support agent on esportal, ignoring facts and going after his own head. My account's been closed for "smurfing" yeah, 2 guys sharing a pc is considered smurfing but however. haven't heard from support in 5 days, ticket still unresolved. The first attempt resulted in the ticked being closed after 3 days of waiting and getting the beloved message of "I ban your account because you are a smurf" based on the facts that "There is no literal evidence to share with you"

Overall even a one star rating is too much. Guys looking for a good place to play should stick to other alternatives like FACEIT. Esportal is not even worth opening in your browser

3+ years user here. Better Matchmaking, local servers & I like that the platform takes a hard stance against toxic & bad behavior players. Many bad reviews here on Trustpilot just banned cheaters and in many ways proof that they do the right thing by keeping them out.

Bad servers, bad webbsite, when playing you get matched agains much better people. The match system is broken and the rank system... Very pc site also, you get banned for getting mad, you get warned if you just write to the other team...

I've been playing on Esportal for five years and I love the matchmaking and gather system. It's so much fun and gives a great experience for players!

Laggy and buggy service. Their client needs permission to control your entire computer and your whole family.

Admins are not helpful at all.

This plattform used to be a BIG family. I was playing and enjoying it. I was so into it that I made it to "overwatcher", someone that holds community clear. I never got any goods or free prime ... I just did this for the community. They kicked me out without any message after a view months .... no thanks nothing.

A view weeks laiter I playes with a germen 4 premate lobby, one of the startet trolling me. They had a german Esportal leader in friends list. I reported the troller but they 4 reported me aswell. 20 minutes laiter I got a 3 days ban....

This plattform used to be nice but just be aware of unprofessional customer management.

Serverquality wen real bad btw.

Used to be my favourite platform to play CS on. Now they have started to require having secure boot on. For those with dual boot systems, secure boot can be a real pain. For this reason I'm no longer using esportal.

This is the absolute worst site to play csgo on. You can not play a single game without 12year olds who troll och is boosted and suck. If you say 1 bad thing the whole server reports you and you get banned because the people who play esportal is the biggest pussies who needs to get a life.

i mainly play MM but sometimes i play esportal so i dont lose my rank. i have played maybe like 6/7 matches on esportal and i have NEVER got a fair match or team8s who only trolls. and i think i have met 2 cheaters in 7 matches wich is horribel i rather play deatmatch to warmup. when u start a que you can choose what ranks u wanna play with but i always meet players 200 elo higher and team8s with 200 elo lower than me and i have NEVER got a singel team8 who is okay at the game. and the only thing thats good with esportal is that u play tournaments there

Requires restart on restard but doesn't work how many time I restart my pc. Wont uninstall or anything

They will dTemand payment for any experience outside of cheaters and griefers. hey run a dictatorship with power hungry bitchy admins that does not provide reasoning for any sort of reaction, regardless of what it is or if it is warranted. And they will respond to you in rude fashion if you want feedback for any adjusments to your behaviour. Be warned, they will steal your money and they will f***you raw and hard without reason.
