Fast response and excellent communication!
I emailed them about an item that I ordered a week ago. They replied quickly and sent out a replacement which then arrived the next day. They even offered to refund the delivery fee and gift a steam key to compensate for the delay.

Good fast service order for Lamzu Atlantis came a day early I believe and communication with the staff is excellent via discord & email.
Refreshing to have a seller in UK that sells products big daddy Bezos doesn't provide. Hopefully they can expand their range but regardless it's better than nothing seeing as other mainstay competitors stopped shipping to UK.
