Outstanding Service and Product Quality — Above and Beyond Expectations

I recently purchased two ESR Halo Airplane Phone Mounts for an upcoming trip to Canada and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. I was informed early on that the items were not stocked locally in Australia and would need to ship from overseas, which could extend the delivery time slightly. With my departure date approaching, I reached out for an ETA as I was concerned they might not arrive in time.

What truly impressed me was the level of customer care that followed. The support team didn’t just respond — they actively followed up on my enquiry and expedited the dispatch to give the best possible chance of on-time delivery. When the parcel later showed signs of recirculating in transit, the ESR team again stepped in without being prompted and pushed for further expedition to my address.

I received the mounts two days before travel, which gave me complete peace of mind. The product quality itself is excellent, but the customer service is what really sets ESR apart — proactive, responsive, and genuinely invested in the customer’s outcome. A rare and refreshing experience.

Great customer service on my refund

Update: glad I was able to find out how to edit my review..so I still don’t like the case..still thin and offers no protection however the ESR folks reached out after my review and offered me support, got a full refund and they offered to send me another type of case at no cost (declined but appreciated the offer)

Clearly they have great customer service so just something that also factors into a customer purchase.

This is a scam. After placing the order it magically ships from China and comes in packaging that looks like Ali express or some other china junk store. I got a $30 thin, paper like case that goes on my phone. No protection and basically will slip out of your hand.

Great Customer Support and Quick Resolution

Although there was a delay in the shipment of my order, my overall experience with ESRTech was excellent! The ordering process was super easy and the website very user-friendly. Even though the delivery took 9 days instead of the expected 2, the customer service team responded promptly and politely when I reached out to express my concern. They offered me a 20% refund on my purchase and arranged for my product to be shipped within just one business day! Great handling and truly customer-oriented service — I’ll definitely order from them again.

The product i bought was some of the…

The product i bought was some of the keyboard buttons are not functional like the space bar and shift buttons. But for the rest was functional. But afterwards they gave me a full refund and a free replacement of the item i bought. Now they send me a new replacement completely functional to my ipad pro m5 11"
