Misleading Shipping Promises and Zero Customer Support
I placed an order on October 11 within their clearly stated same-day shipping window, expecting it to ship out that day as advertised. It’s now been over 72 hours, and there’s been no shipment update and no response to multiple messages sent through email, their website, and Instagram.
Their “same-day shipping” claim is completely misleading, and the total lack of communication feels unprofessional and deceptive. At this point, it feels like a scam, and I’ll be requesting a refund through my bank for services not delivered.
