Exceeded All Expectations
The car inventory was a good mix of luxury and reasonable priced vehicles. The price of vehicles were fair and competitive. As a customer with credit issues; customer service worked beyond my expectations to get the best rate and service policy to ensure customer satisfaction. The dealership made me feel as though my business was valued and my shopping experience was their top priority. I will highly recommend Essen

Rude, Unaccountable, Lack of transparency
They're a wholesaler trying to convince the public that they're a dealership. You won't get much service and you won't know what your getting because they aren't willing to accommodate pre-purchase inspections. If that's not a red flag, then just let me say - don't do business with Essen Motor Company.

Best quality service and buying process
I bought my car one month ago and everything was perfect. The buying experience was initiated on-line.The car is in perfect conditions and the customer service was very nice and helpful. The salesman was one of the most professional, knowledgeable and low pressure that I have ever worked with.
