Excellent.
Like most people, getting started on sorting out our affairs was always something to be done at a later date.
When we finally got round to it, we were lucky enough to deal with Stuart Jenkins.
Our two hour meeting was an exercise in clarity, efficiency and good humour.
Whilst accomplishing everything we set out to do, it never really felt like a business/legal conversation, just three people chatting about future plans.
By the end of our appointment, we'd done everything necessary to achieve the peace of mind we were looking for.
We'd highly recommend Stuart and will ask for him personally in any future planning.

Our consultation with Surina was very informative
Our consultation with Surina was extremely valuable and has helped us to make some important decisions about how we protect our estate, choices which we otherwise may not have known existed. Surina was an unusual combination of both incredibly knowledgeable and personable, which meant we were able to grasp some fundamentally important technical concepts very quickly. Everything explained fully and questions answered simply and with patience.
I was enquiring about, with a view to setting up, a Lasting Power of Attorney. The appointment was over the telephone which was most convenient for me. The process of setting up an LPA was explained very clearly and questions I had were answered fully. The call did not feel rushed. Stuart Jenkins, the Estate Planning Consultant advising, was on time, polite and understanding, and showed great patience. I felt reassured throughout the call. The follow up email outlining the next steps was also clear and concise.

Stuart Jenkins was extremely informative and the service I received was excellent. I feel very comfortable that the Will I have in place will totally suit my needs.
He was also very good at picking up where i might need extra guidance and advice and signposting that for me.
