I recently had female laser skin rejuvenation (Bio Boost) at Este Medical Bristol, and I’m really happy with the experience.
From the first visit, the clinic felt professional and welcoming. The reception team were friendly, and everything felt clean, calm, and well organised.
Sanisha was thorough and reassuring. She explained the treatment clearly, talked me through expected results, and made sure it was suitable for my skin. I never felt rushed or pressured.

The treatment itself was comfortable. There was a warm tingling sensation, but nothing painful, and the practitioner checked in with me throughout to make sure I was okay.

After a few sessions, my skin looked noticeably brighter and smoother. My complexion felt healthier, and fine lines were softened without looking overdone. The results looked very natural.

Before and Aftercare advice was sent it via email when I booked my appointment which was very clear and helpful, and I felt supported throughout the process. a very positive experience, and recommend Este Medical Bristol to anyone considering laser skin rejuvenation especially bioboost for pigmentation

I’ve been visiting Este Medical for resurfacing peels since last September, and the experience has been amazing. From the doctors who mapped out my plan to the receptionist team, everyone is great, but a special shout-out to Alina. She’s been helping me since day one and is so thorough with aftercare instructions (which the clinic also helpfully emails to me).
I also love that they do great seasonal offers, like their 'Buy 2 Get 1 Free' at Christmas. Alina actually recommended a toner over the serum I was eyeing, and it's been a game-changer for my skin. I’ll never go back to my old products! Highly recommend.
