Excellent result really happy with it everything perfect start to finish

Erdal and the team at Este Prime were absolutely great from the minute I arrived at the clinic. The transfer from the Airport the night before was fine, well organised even if I did have to wait 30 odd minutes.

On arrival at the clinic in the morning I sat with Erdal and paid, they then drew a ‘temporary’ hairline and checked I was happy with it.

There were only two others in the clinic at the time so it didn’t feel like a “conveyor belt” of people getting hair transplants. I was well looked after by the translators and technicians. Was given a light lunch and the procedure lasted approximately 8 hours. The next day it was a quick trip to the clinic for final checks, re-bandage and PRP treatment. Then off to the Airport and home!

I’m 6 months post procedure now and I am absolutely over the moon with the results!

I first heard of Este prime through my cousin who had an hair transplant in August 2020. I felt so much more confident using a clinic that was recommended by a family member and after seeing the aftercare and results he received. From day 1 when I sent my initial request on WhatsApp, I received an instant response answering any questions that I had. It was as if they had someone waiting to receive my messages because their responses were that quick which made me feel so comfortable. The booking process was extremely simple and efficient.

On the morning of my procedure, I was collected from the hotel by a taxi and taken to the clinic. I was welcomed by Nikoo who was my translator for the day and the procedure started straight away, there was no waiting around. At each stage of the day, Nikoo was very reassuring and explained to me what was happening. The whole team were very friendly and professional and I can not pay them enough compliments. The whole procedure took around 10 hours with refreshments breaks and was pain free. I can not imagine any hair transplant clinic based in the UK to offer a better service than Esta Prime. I recommend anyone thinking of having it done, book with Esta Prime!!

I was recommended Este Prime through a friend, who had also been recommended by his friends and a Rugby League Player from Leeds, I felt much more comfortable using a clinic that was recommended off my friend and seeing my friends results and aftercare he received.

From the moment I sent my initial request to Este Prime on Whatsapp, I received a response straight away with some questions, from this point I knew I was dealing with an efficient company that cared about about me.

The booking process was simple and efficient, I booked a flight to Istanbul, the hair transplant date was confirmed. On the day of the flight from the UK, I was met by a taxi at the airport which took me a very nice 4 star hotel Mia Berre (Breakfast included from 7am) in Istanbul. (Hotel and taxi included in the Este Prime total price).

The next morning, a taxi collected me at 8am from the hotel and took me to the Clinic, I met the surgeon Erdal, we had a small face to face consultation as all previous communication was over Whatsapp. We confirmed 5000 grafts were required (previously also agreed over Whatapp via Picture Messages), I paid my fee before being escorted by my lovely translator Nico (She was very re assuring and answered every question i asked her) to have my blood sample taken to be checked prior to the procedure and then have my hair shaved off. Ten minutes later I was escorted to the operating room, I was greeted by my technicians Sadik and Emre who carried out the hair transplant procedure which took approx 8 hours whilst under local anaesthetic and sedation. During the procedure everyone was very nice and comforting putting you at ease by answering any of your questions and checking on you, I was quite nervous to begin with as would be expected however you could see it was a professional team with many years experience. Nico brought me some lunch and drinks to keep my sugar levels up, she was absolutely fantastic.

The surgeon, Erdal has in excess of 15 years hair transplant experience, he assessed my hairline and requirements.

My technicians had in excess of 8 years experience of hair transplants and both graduated from Istanbul University Medical School, they did an incredible job of removing my hairs from the donor area at the back of my head and replanting them on top of my head using the FUE process and all painless, absolutely no pain at all.

After the procedure, a taxi took me back to the hotel where I had some food in my room and slept using the 'Este Prime' travel pillow to prevent your head resting on a pillow and damaging the transplanted area. The first night sleep was as expected, a little unsettling.

The following morning I had breakfast and a taxi collected me at 10am, I was taken back to the clinic, met by Nico and Erdal, they applied a special Foam Shampoo and washed my hair followed by a Blood Sample and Plasma Injections to assist with hair growth.

A taxi was arranged and took me back to the airport to return to the UK with a bottle of special Foam and Special Shampoo.

The following 10 days, I stayed inside whilst my donor and transplanted area healed over, sleep was a little unsettled using the travel cushion to prevent your transplanted hair from contacting any pillows, I washed my hair with the special foam each day (15 mins followed by rinse using cup of warm water).

On day 11, I used a special shampoo, warm shower for approx 40 mins, this softened the scabs and they all came off.

The hair has begun to grown back rather quickly, It now looks like Ive had a very short haircut, so anyone in the street wouldn't really recognise I've had a hair transplant.

Its now a waiting game for the hair to go through its processes as you read on the internet, this can take 12-18 months.

Throughout the hole process Este Prime have been exceptional, very professional, very supportive, great team with invaluable experience and the after care has been amazing, Erdal has answered all my questions promptly.

Anyone looking to have a hair transplant carried out in Istanbul should put Este Prime at the top of their list and use them over anyone else including some companies back in the UK.

Well done and a BIG Thank You to Este Prime for the VIP service, It was great to receive such superb treatment and be cared for especially being in a different country along way from home.

I have to say they have say, they have been wonderful from start to finish. This is my second transplant, I had an FUT transplant in Birmingham UK and this by far has been a better experience. The staff are lovely and they really look after you. I’m quite literally blown away by their service and would defiantly 100% recommend this to others. I have visited this clinic on 2 occasions for a hair transplant on my crown and still haven’t achieved the results I would like with minimal results and barely any hair growth I feel this is a lot of wasted time and money
