Hi Im Mark from Ireland, i went to Este Prime on recomendation and upon seeing my cousins results, top class, clinic modern and spotless clean, hotel modern and spotless clean also, looked after from the minute you land in Istanbul to the minute you leave, the team in clinic are top class and all have specifc expertise to make your transplant easy and painless, I would recomend this place over and over without any hestitation based on my experience alone and i will update results also in few months,
Also 1 important note, they never chased me and annoyed me like all the other clinics i enquired too over the last few years before deciding with Este Prime, many clinic constantly ringing and sending you whats apps , Este Prime do not do this they let you make up your mind on were you like to go, they made me feel at ease with my decision based on my experience was honeslty 10 out of 10

I had an amazing experience at Este Prime. I travelled from Scotland, i had constant contact with the clinic before which settled my nerves. The clinic is immaculate and the procedure is very detailed and smoothly done. The staff are so friendly and professional which makes everything easy. I would 100% recommend.

A super clinic with real professionals with a top service.

Went for a transplant in February. From the first point of contact enquiring with them, the communication was amazing. It was almost like someone was just waiting for messages as they reply so quickly. They sort everything for you, from collection at the airport, to a nice, clean, comfortable hotel, transport to the clinic etc. The clinic itself is very good. Top notch. Staff all very friendly and clearly good at what they do. I had 4500 grafts and it’s a LONG time to be sat in the same position but it’s just what you have to do. I’m 6 weeks pre op and the hair has now nearly all fallen out (as expected and normal). Very much looking forward to seeing the results. Highly recommend.

From the moment I landed to the end of the surgery and the after care you are looked after quick are responses and questions.
All of your questions are answered. Your private transfer to and from the hotel/airport on time.

The facilities there are very clean newly built. Hygienic and clean the staff is very perfessionally qualified and trained. You are picked from your hotel to the clinic and returned back to the hotel.

Post op and aftercare products are provided additional products are available but with cost. Personally I would recommend getting extra products to be on the safe side.

My big thanks goes to nesrin who has been my point of contact the entire time and even after the treatment she is doing a wonderful job with her support. I personally don't think I would have done it without her.

I would highly recommend for all cosmetic treatments use Este Prime. 10/10 service.
