Unique pieces and very good quality. It has gotten a bit expensive over the years but I think it's still worth it now and then. Great customer service also they are very helpful if you have questions regarding size. Be aware that the return process is not the easiest or cheapest one. Ich have bought about 20-30 pieces over the last years.

Great quality and petty good customer sevice. The designs are on the extavagant side. They offer custom size made to body measurements which I find amazing. I love their sustainability efforts. We need moe bands like that. Keep the good work!

The models are so interesting it was hard to decide what to order, but I will definitely place another one! The clothes fit perfectly and the materials feel great! Amazing brand with great customer service!

I saw these lovely items on Wolf and Badger. I went direct to save money and I did not. The item did not fit well and seemed poor quality conpared to what I've seen before. The item cost 95$ and they deduct many costs from the return and make it difficult process so I'm only getting $50 back. Do not buy, this is a way to scam money from people

The process of buying is long, due to unicity of the models, they say.
Some of the products are not retournable.
The materials are so and so, not very good.
The pictures of the products are not very exact so I find my dress having another colors. I wanted to retourn it but the costs are high so I kept it.

They don't accept returns for products in the sale, this is illegal under UK law, they make it impossible to do returns, they take ages to reply to messages and charge you £30+ for returning items not in the sale, my items have also been stuck in customs for 3 months.... do not buy from this company if you are in the UK.

Dress did not fit, enormous on hips. I decided to return but discovered it would cost $25.00 in advance (more than the express shipping from Bulgaria). I expect this is designed to stop returns and has succeeded and the paperwork involved is horrific. At least Yoox includes return cost in shipping to Italy and it is much less. As I only stood to get $55.00 back out of $103.00 paid (incl. shipping) I might as well try and get it altered. The trim on the linen is nasty net so this will have to be removed too.

Not only are the clothes beautifully designed and well made, the customer service is excellent.

I am so impressed with a dress I've just bought for a wedding. The fit is brilliant, the material is high quality and the asymmetrical design is just what I was looking for! I wasn't aware of the ethos of this company before but I love the plastic-free packaging, the making-to-order for less waste. I will definitely order from them again! Thank you!

every piece of clothing has been well tailored and exactly like the photos. i wanted a bit of length added to some pants because i am tall, and for a small fee, they were happy to do it

Worst sizing ever. Runs tiny unless you buy stretchy or cotton stuff. Don't bother if you are curvy or have big boobs.

I absolutely adore their clothes. I have a couple of pieces and they truly unique and stunning. They are unusual and really funky, things you just wouldn't find anywhere else. They're well priced. Just wished I could afford more!!
I would Highly recommend, you won't be disappointed.

A great big 5 star review! Purchased 2 dresses, impeccable customer service. They fit like they were made just for me. I am nearly 6ft and buying clothes is a difficulty with so many brand size variations. Lovely personal touches within parcel and a quality free gift. Very impressed.

I received my first order from this European company who came highly recommended by a friend. It took approximately 2 weeks but I received my order. Orders are made to order and the distance so I understand. I was not disappointed. I love the personal touch of including a note to me, the customer, as well as excellent customer service. I’ve placed 2 more orders and is awaiting delivery. I can’t wait to wear the refreshing and unique designs.

Ordered two dresses from this site- quality of clothing, sizing etc fabulous really individual and everyone has commented they are unique. What was a really nice touch was the garment bag they came in with a little gift and a personal note saying thanks for the purchase. lovely to have individual involvement and not feel you're buying off a a chines factory floor for a change.
