No response to emails
No response to emails, No refund of deductible
I've been told that they are gonna cancel my claim and initiate my refund on Jan 24, 2019 and its been 14 days and I never got any response from them nor my refund ($299). I sent so many emails and logged so many tickets regarding this. But i did not got any reply to my emails. Currently my claim status is saying Account on Hold, Please let me know when can I get my refund back. FYI support ticket numbers #5TP0G, #RBPO5, #6UYUF, PSB9Y (No response to all these tickets)

I had Esurranty insurance for my Samsung Galaxy S9+
I had Esurranty insurance for my Samsung GalaxyS9+. It was lost, probably fell out of my handbag at a restaurant. Called restaurant, went back, phone was gone. Went to carrier, they pinged phone, no response. 3 days later I paid for a new phone since it was a different carrier than the one with Esurranty. Then I filled out the Esurranty paperwork, including police reports, notarized reports, and a passport photo. I was sent an entire new packet of papers asking for the same information which I provided as well as a letter documenting, according to my policy, how much they owed me. No answer, I called, recording only. When I did get a response they didn't like the fact that I added a letter and changed carriers. They refused to pay the amount they owed me for the phone (minus the deductible, of course). This company had much more information then they needed to cover the replacement cost (minus the deductible) for my phone. I recommend that you do not use them. Even with police report and notarized statements they refused to honor their own policy. By the way - My policy was paid in full the day I purchases the phone and it was lost 2 months later.
The response below is incorrect. I was suppose to go more than a month without a phone? I purchased a new one because I needed it for work. By the time I filled out their paperwork, was able to get copies of the police report and notarized paperwork. It was almost 2 weeks, then they sent me more paperwork. If the new phone company was willing to accept that the phone was lost and was not used, why wouldn't Esurranty pay me. I sent all the paperwork plus a letter. Not just a letter. I will gladly resubmit all of the paperwork for them to review again. The 24 hour customer line was never answered.

I'm preparing a BBB filing and looking into new insurance, as there has been no response or claim payment.
On 10/31/18, I accicental broke iPhone X screen. On 11/1/18, filed all necessary paperwork and was given to the Claims Adjuster, who told me deductible was $169 (after $69 was originally advertised). I said that was fine. Confirmed repair options - 1 - I could mail in my phone and get a loaner or 2- I could go to Apple-repair store and send invoice to eSurranty, for a reimbursement (minus the deductible). Chose 2. The adjuster approved the facility and repair. Bill was $320 (after taxes), and was sent to the adjuster immediately. I have not heard back, after no less than 10 e-mails (they have no number or live operators).
I filed claim 2 more times, and no response. They seem to have one customer service member who also only responds by email and who sends a canned "we're looking into it" response or is short with me.
