Still waiting for my parcel from the UK. LEFT ON 23 JULY 2024 with advice I would receive in 5 days. Now 20 August 2024 and still no parcel. Not happy!! Would not recommend.

A nightmare to get my parcel from JCrew delivered. Two ‘failed attempts’ when in reality the driver didn’t bother getting out of their car. The second time I waited on street level only to get an email that the package was as unsafe to leave. Lies. The I tried to provide a new address for the third attempt because after that the item would be returned to the USA. Many emails and phone calls later they confirmed the new address. Nope! Third attempt at same original address. Basically this is a laissez faire business model. They do nothing, take no responsibility and let the chips (or in this case packages) fall where they may.

I received a dress for my partner from Victoria’s Secret mini dress with zipper cost 62.t1 euros plus 10 euros from delivery.it was supposed to arrive before July 16 but eventually arrived July 26. The dress arrived with holes in the back and it was not Victoria’s Secret but a company called Lascanas. It seems to me to be a rip off!

Hershey Galalio was a greatfull assistant.
I had issue with an order which i didn't recieve in time. The customer care service was efficient and fast to answer my request and to solve my issue.
I am greatfull i reached to them because they reassured me and were always available.
