Very bad experience, they told me will deliver my laptop after 2 days, but after 10 days its not delivered, still waiting for laptop
I had a disappointing experience with their service. The laptop was delivered with a damaged charger, and there’s been no clear response on when the replacement will arrive. They also mentioned a warranty, supposedly included in the laptop box, but it wasn’t there. Additionally, the laptop was supposed to come with MS tools installed, which were missing. Reaching out for assistance has been frustrating, and as a customer, it’s embarrassing to have to repeatedly follow up with their team.
