We’re 3 weeks into our 1250 a month plan and barely have any deliverables. The first one was off brand and they only give you files once a week, so if Monday turns up and it’s not what you wanted you may be out a minimum of one week

Thank you for your feedback, Alex. We take all client concerns seriously and strive to deliver high-quality work within reasonable timelines.
We acknowledge there were delays in the initial stages of your project due to an issue with receiving your product's editable design files, necessitating we create your 6 product models by hand. We should have communicated this more clearly and proactively.
It is not our norm to only send files or updates once per week, however, due to the time intensive nature of 3D work this can sometimes be the case.
Again, we will strive to more proactively communicate and set expectations regarding timelines, as well as share style frames early to ensure we are on the right track.
