I have purchased a couple of 100%human hair wigs. Looks and feels beautiful... Katie who was on WhatsApp was absolutely amazing . It was my first time wearing a wig so helped me through the process. Look on the sale items you can get a bargain .. I will be ordering more from here..

I had an emergency where I needed a wig very quickly and eternal wigs helped me picked one and had it sent out within 2 days of my initial message asking for help. Absolutely brilliant.

I ordered this wig as it looked nice, only when it came it was nothing like what you advertised. It looks really cheap and the quality is awful. I have asked to send it back, only to receive a rude replys saying they don't accept returns etc!! It's a lot of money for me to waste, when as a wig wearer I have no choice but to order online and hope it suits me, not every wig looks good on me so it's a risk, but every wig I've purchased from "professional" wig retailers, whether good or bad, have followed up and cared about my purchase, asking if I like it or not, and I have been able to return.
So basically, I can't wear this wig from you as it looks absolutely ridiculous on me and resembles dolly hair, it's an awful piece!!! Shocking service and awful product

Can’t rate Eternal Wigs enough! When I contacted them for advice they answered quickly, professionally and friendly. Ordered the wig and I got a few updates in regards to the postage. Postage was brilliant had the wig Just over 3 weeks after I ordered, this did include Christmas so was really impressed. The wig itself is stunning, it looks and feels amazing my daughter loves it, so like her natural hair colour!

Absolutely delighted with my order!!i was on a budget but wanted a nice enough wig.I took the plunge and bought it and I wasn’t disappointed at all.I spoke to Lilly from the Eternal wigs team and she was very helpful.

My purchase never arrived and when I messaged I got ignored and probably blocked from emails. The sellers response is that it’s not their fault . When you Run a business (as I do) you always make sure you have insurance or Shiloh g protection as an option . Terrible customer service. I had to leave negative review in order for someone to even address my concern. Maybe an apology and an offer to look Into it would have sufficed . Do not buy here

First and foremost Katie is a wonderful wig maker who knows her craft. The wig is gorgeous, a perfect fit and a lovely blend of the colors that I requested. Corresponding with Katie was a pleasure and her customer service was amazing. Eternal wigs will be my go to wig salon for all my custom wig needs. If you want that one wig that says, " Yes I look good", this is the place to shop.
