Great selection

Great selection, and the steaks I selected were brilliant value for money.

Genuinely delicious and hold up very well if frozen then thawed.

I ordered the rib of beef along with…

I ordered the rib of beef along with marrow bones(which I am told they are no longer doing ….shame)
The meat was first class it cooked beautifully and tasted amazing. It’s great to also know I’m contributing to a better way of farming.

Ummm

Ummm, I guess with so many online butchers these days the quality of the meat has to stand out. You have cracked it.

High quality meat

I have been really impressed with Ethical Butchers. The chicken leg fillets were fresh and exactly how quality chicken should taste. The beef was also fresh and tender. I have cooked several meals using both the chicken and beef, and everything has turned out delicious.
