Horrible service we bought a round trip and was never picked up. We tried to get a credit and it's been unbelievably hard. We are back her 1 month later and asked for a pick up using our credit and was told no. They can not be trusted! We nev r had this problem before. They said they were on their way and lie after lie. It's not worth missing your flights.. We have a receipt etc.. The man in the phone is unprofessional.

The best experience! Mario.. our driver was the absolute BEST. We were hoping to get him on the way back from the hotel and he showed up at our hotel to pick us up. Guess what? We did a party at the lobby! When we knew it was Mario!

Great service. Round trip from Cancun to Tulum we got back and fourth very quick. Drivers were professional and very kind.

Great price, private transfer from Playa del Carmen to Cancun airport. Made initial reservation online in Mexico via email. Received prompt response confirmation with suggested time. Emailed back and asked to change pick up time. Never received communication back if new time was accepted. But showed up at new time. Only wish communication would have been a little clearer. But flexible and friendly.

I paid for private transportation. When I got to them, I was told I was 9th in line and the wait was 45 minutes. I got food. I came back and the travelers made their own line and I became 7th. I was behind people who were waiting for only an hour when I had to wait 2. After I waited for two hours and it never came...apparently they ran out of cars. Everyone was upset. There were two groups formed of the people waiting, one of men and one of women. After the staff spoke to the driver they told us all to pack in the car together. Some of the girls refused because of Covid and they were told it was on them. We all booked our own transport and ended up being put together in a van, I the only woman.

First, when you want to go out after having your suitcase, walk straight ignoring all those bandits who want to sell you shared time since you managed to get out of your first battle, the second is to find a representative of etransfers since you managed to find him BECAUSE HE IS NOT WITH YOU WAITING, waiting at least 15 minutes for the transportation which is not identified nor the driver either. Since you are on the way to your destination, pray to God to arrive safely, they drive 120 km. Luck!

Really good at a good price, when i landed in cancun i already had a text from them that they were waiting for me, on our way to the hotel the driver was telling stories about cancun like a mini tour 😅 A +++ will use this service again.

if you don't have enough units you shoul not provide the service with a reservation.. what is the objet of a reservatión if you can't provide the serivice at the right time ... i waited more tha 1.5 half hour and g¡have to ask for a reimbirsment

Had to wait 30 minutes for van and they loaded people ahead of us that arrived after we did.
