Fraudulent company that deletes all the negative comments from disgruntled customers on their facebook page! When i went to write a review there was 5 comments on their latest facebook post. 30 minutes later all comments vanished including mine! Purchased what was supposed to be a 7 day unlimited data plan. Halfway through the first day the Internet went very slow to the point it was unusable leaving me stranded in the middle of Morocco with data, no way to find my way back to my hotel. unable to send or receive WhatsApp due to the unbelievably slow connection. They have hidden conditions that will leave you stranded in the middle of a country with no data. Customer Support is non existent when finally getting a reply they informed me that I had used 4gb of data and that I will now have reduced speed (speed that is not usable in any case not even to make a WhatsApp call). I informed them of my issue and that I didn't understand how I had used 4gb already! When checking my data usage I had actually only used 1.5gb. DO NOT USE IF YOU WANT TO ACTUALLY RELY ON YOUR DATA WHILE IN ANOTHER COUNTRY.

Friendly and polite Customer service, resolved my issue.

Have used this service twice - once in Hong Kong and then in Sweden. No trouble connecting once I arrived in the country and had not encountered any problems throughout each stay.
Will use again and fully recommend them as they seem very efficient and reliable!

was skeptical as a first timer, to purchase eSIM online but i guess i was lucky to get a reliable and efficient provider :-) my eSIM worked from day one and still works now. Was in France, germany, now in Croatia and still moving :-) thanks much! It is super nice to stay online from roads trains buses boats too!

Unlimited data for 5 days in Spain. Simple as 1 2 3 to activate . High speeds and excellent coverage.

I bought unlimited DATA in Turkey for 7 days.

Unfortunately I can’t use it as every day after 8pm the internet is not uploading anything at all.

The sigh of internet still appears as valid but it’s not and again in the morning everything works….

Feels like you used your data for the day and they are cutting it off, but unfortunately I almost not isso h the phone during the day time.

The esim I purchased from them offered excellent coverage, and when I placed a mistaken order the customer service was amazingly friendly and fast. I had a refund within half an hour.

Bought a 7 day unlimited eSIM for The Netherlands. After a day my connection was suddenly very slow. After contacting support they told me the unlimited plans are subject to a fair use policy and my limit will be reset later that day.

This policy is NOWHERE to be found and is NOT being actively communicated. They claim it is, but I've checked everything and never found anything about their FUP.

After 4GB you are limited to ~ 50Kbps which is almost unusable.

Do not use their unlimited plans if you want to use more than 4GB per day! Waste of money.

I arrived in Amsterdam but couldn’t get my eSIM activated! It was so great to get help from the helpdesk to get my eSIM working. They were very patient and I’m now all set with coverage activated and all systems go. Thank you team

Paid for an eSIM for Europe. Received email with QR code promptly. Was able to scan but eSIM wouldn't activate. Contacted CS through chat function which is very slow responding. Just kept telling me that my phone wasn't compatible but could prove EID that it is. Was told that there is a 30% cancellation fee. Eventually said I'd be 100% refunded but would take up to 7 days. No apologies for inconvenience, very frustrating experience.
Update: after writing this review, I was contacted by Sanjay on WhatsApp. They offered to send me a new eSIM for free for Australia to try it out at home. They walked me through every step and this time there were no issues. They refunded me the money I spent on the eSIM that didn't work and offered to contact them directly on WhatsApp to request a new SIM once I'm abroad. This was an outstanding customer service experience. Will see how I go with the eSIM for Europe and will update my review accordingly.

Great Customer Service!
I baught a E-SIM for Turkiye for the second time here. Last year it worked well but this time for some reason my phone had difficulties and it didn't work (I blame my phone for that though). I got into contact with the customer service and we tried everything together but still no success (again, my phone's fault I think). As we didn't get it working they kindly offered to my refund my money, which I very much appreciated.
