Was looking for a reliable trusted plumber as we all do !
The cylinder stat on our boiler wasn't working so it meant the hot water wasn't coming on with the programmed timer..
I was looking for an approved boiler specialist for a Vaillant boiler after speaking to Vaillant directly i
found Etta Plumbing who was the most local to me..

Spoke to Jim from Etta Plumbing and he gave me a break down of the cost for 1hr time slot to confirm the fault and see what work will be applicable to fix the problem.
Jim was pleasant to speak to and there was no extra hidden cost involved.
After their first initial visit they then sent me an invoice explaining what work needed to be carried out and a break down of cost to fix.
The work was carried out and within a couple of weeks and the professionalism shown was to high standard.

Had confidence in the work they carried out and the prices are fair and proportionate to what work was undertaken. You also have the guarantee if something was to happen after they would come out again and fix under warranty.

Wasn't prepared to pay any ole plumber and be a cash in hand job. In my opinion it's always false economy to try and save a little bit then in the long run it cost more..

I had a bathroom radiator replaced. The quote included a new radiator, replacing old radiator. I am very pleased with the work, the new radiator is excellent quality, workmanship and guys who carry out work are professional at all times. The company also took the old radiator away.
Jim always gets back to you promptly, his quotes are reasonable, he is a very helpful guy. He recently gave some good advice about a broken shower.
I will use this company again for any plumbing work I need.

I can recommend these guys wholeheartedly, they had no availability but offered to face time me to look at my boiler which I was unfamiliar with as I just moved here. It was only a water pressure issue so they instructed me on how to increase it, the boiler started working again, and they wished me well. Honesty, integrity and fabulous customer service. We have used ETTA Plumbing for the last 3 years and they have maintained an excellent service throughout that time. They installed a new boiler and set of radiators at our property, completing the work to a high standard and within the time frame that they originally set. They have since returned each year to service the boiler and have been very accommodating when arranging dates and times. I couldn't rate them enough.
