FRIENDLY, EFFICIENT and EXCELLENT SERVICE - Aside from the care shown to remedy my case as soon as possible, the work performed by the team at ETTA was second to none. Since replacing my boiler, the water pressure and temperature has dramatically improved. Since I moved into the property the heat of water in the shower was always lower than any other part of the house. Now it’s the same and the pressure is better too, the central heating is more efficient now too since the radiators have all been flushed out. They also spotted a minor gas leak on my meter which could’ve easily become a major problem. Very grateful.

We have always had excellent service from Etta since they put our new boiler in a year ago and also when they fixed our gas fire. Just had our boiler serviced and had excellent and friendly service as usual. Highly recommended.

Have used Etta plumbing as a first port of call for a few years now, they recently went out to see my elderly parents, rang before they arrived and left the name of the plumber arriving within the hour for extra security (Brilliant forward thinking), fixed the plumbing issue exactly when they
said they would, they are always polite, clean tidy and the costs are not ridiculous but thoroughly fair.

We have been happy customers of ETTA for many years. They have recently completed creating a new shower room for us in our awkward old house and done an amazing job. Couldn't be happier.

Had an engineer come out to look at heating as there were 2 radiators that were not working. The engineer made it worse because now there are 3 radiators that are not working, the engineer claimed to have flushed the system which he did not, he flushed 1 radiator.

We too have used Etta for several years; from routine boiler services to new bathroom refits, full central heating installations and everything in between. We would never go anywhere else whilst Steve, Jim and the team provide such excellent service at competitive prices.

We have been using this company since 1991, when in a cold December, our boiler thermostat broke. They were the only company willing to come out.
Two houses, 28 years later we still call for help.
Why?

4. They tidy up after themselves.
A very good company to get to fix your heating and plumbing issues.

Prompt next day visit to inspect my boiler failure. A new pump was carried in stock on the van and fitted and tested within the hour.
The cost very reasonable.

Honestly after renovating our home its been a nightmare with tradesmen but WOW your company is awesome 👌 reliable, texts to keep you informed, polite men on the job, informative etc. 5 star service and you really put other's to shame. Thank you so much.

After 40 years debating it we wanted central heating installing. After all, it pays to be careful with the more considered purchases! We're so glad we found ETTA. There were a few problems out of ETTA's control during the week-long upheaval all of which were admirably taken in their stride, solved and after 6 months of everything working perfectly I wonder why I ever thought we had problems. They're the only people I've ever trusted with my wifi password and house keys!

Needed our boiler replaced for a more efficient one.
Steve came out and went through boiler system options and boiler makes explained what work will be carried out and answered any questions.
Gave us a detailed quote on the spot which beat British Gas by far, talked about the length of job, disruption etc.
Booking made for 3 weeks later.
Fitter Mark and his assistant were punctual, hard working, polite, courteous and considerate and tidy.
Very pleased and highly recommend.

Our project was to have a new heating system installed, which involved the removal of a back boiler, installation of a new boiler, pipework and 6 new radiators.
Steve originally provided a quote in September 2021 when we were just beginning to get ideas and budgets together. He revisited in May 2022 when we had decided that we would be doing radiators as well and then was happy to come out for a third visit in August 2022, to walk round our property room by room to explain to us the work that would be required in layman's terms. He provided suggestions, options and took on board our own comments to come up with a final quote that ticked all boxes. Something we found extremely helpful. He wasn't pushy about doing something in a certain way (other companies had been) and was a great help in sourcing a company to provide a curved radiator for us that he was happy to install as part of the work.
The team were in for a total of 6 days to do the work and whilst it was a combination of individuals across these days, they were all friendly, helpful and kept each other updated on progress as well as ourselves. The house was cleaned to a high standard at the end of each day and we are delighted with our new system. Really impressed and Etta will be top of the list for any future work that we consider.

A real gem of a company. ETTA have now completed two projects for us.
The first, in November 2021, the replacement and upgrade of an ageing immersion tank, which involved a complete re-plumbing exercise in the airing cupboard, installing an unvented indirect cylinder and removal of a roof tank.
As part of this work the boiler was also serviced.
The second, more recent project was replacement of 7 radiators, and a complete refurbishment of the downstairs cloakroom.
Both projects were completed with the minimum of household disruption by courteous and considerate engineers. There was a readiness to discuss the work at all points.
The end result in each case was a vast improvement from the original build.
Our home was left clean and tidy at the end of each day.
We will have no hesitation in employing them for further projects and in recommending them to friends and family.

After calling around a numerous of different companies, promised call backs and given ridiculous quotes - ETTA did not fail to impress! Called Etta on 21/08/2022, spoke to someone called Jim in the office who advised accordingly and kept me updated throughout, re ETAs etc. Steve Director came out to my property on 23/08/2022 advised me what was best suited for my needs and also what would work best but then also gave me a few options to choose from! Steve had sent 2 plumbers out the following Monday - both were very clued on and the works were completed in a timely and professional manner. I will most definitely be using Etta for any future Plumbing/Heating issues and most definitely be recommending them to my friends and family!

Awful service, Steve quoted me £1500 for a repair a plumber has been today and fixed for £124.
He’s left dripping water near electrics for a year and without central heating.
Please avoid this company

Was looking for a reliable trusted plumber as we all do !
The cylinder stat on our boiler wasn't working so it meant the hot water wasn't coming on with the programmed timer..
I was looking for an approved boiler specialist for a Vaillant boiler after speaking to Vaillant directly i
found Etta Plumbing who was the most local to me..

Spoke to Jim from Etta Plumbing and he gave me a break down of the cost for 1hr time slot to confirm the fault and see what work will be applicable to fix the problem.
Jim was pleasant to speak to and there was no extra hidden cost involved.
After their first initial visit they then sent me an invoice explaining what work needed to be carried out and a break down of cost to fix.
The work was carried out and within a couple of weeks and the professionalism shown was to high standard.

Had confidence in the work they carried out and the prices are fair and proportionate to what work was undertaken. You also have the guarantee if something was to happen after they would come out again and fix under warranty.

Wasn't prepared to pay any ole plumber and be a cash in hand job. In my opinion it's always false economy to try and save a little bit then in the long run it cost more..

I had a bathroom radiator replaced. The quote included a new radiator, replacing old radiator. I am very pleased with the work, the new radiator is excellent quality, workmanship and guys who carry out work are professional at all times. The company also took the old radiator away.
Jim always gets back to you promptly, his quotes are reasonable, he is a very helpful guy. He recently gave some good advice about a broken shower.
I will use this company again for any plumbing work I need.
