do not use this company

I’m very disappointed with my experience. I ordered ID mouthwash which was delivered while I was at work, but the parcel was left outside my property instead of in a safe place. When I returned home, it was no longer there. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the retailer is responsible for the goods until they are in the customer’s possession. Leaving a parcel unattended outside does not fulfil that obligation, and as a result I’ve been left out of pocket. I have attempted to contact customer service multiple times but have received no response, which is extremely frustrating. I expected a much higher standard of service and accountability. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend ordering from here.

Ordered a product 2 months ago

Ordered a product 2 months ago, received a shipping label. Then nothing. Sent an email, they said they would send it again. Still nothing. Contacted them via chat about 4 times, they said someone would reach out that day. Still nothing. Do not order from this company.

Lying through their teeth

Tried the whitening stips and the results were terrible (not as shown). Had a white spot developed on the front of my teeth.

The worst part is the marketing done on the product. It shows how white the teeth become after one use. Based on what I experienced, to have the shown effect the influencers have to put it on, go off camera, get a while whitening job done on the top teeth with a dentist, and then do the reveal. And there are so many doing this, goes on to show how much effort is put on lying to people, literally through their teeth.

This should be illegal to mislead people like this.

Worst customer service over priced delivery is a con so they give you cheap price to cover this ha ha

Worst customer experience ever . I have been buying their “interesting products” for a year or so the results are meh ok but Colgate really are the leading experts not the people who can’t even give a shit about their customers . They sent my parcel to which Amazon delivery (this will be another reviews) left my parcel on an open street whilst I was away you can imagine the rest of this story on its way . There was no parcel for me on return I mean that’s expected we hardly live in a honest world . Anyway over 10 days now and 7 emails and not one response even with their sla of 4 business days . Rude and do not care about anything other then the stupid false claiming adverts they put out so fake and clearly kids off their head coming up with gimmicks yer coool man . Anyway they can go run and jump my bank will sort this and shame on you fools

I really wish they spent as much time…

I really wish they spent as much time on customers orders and satisfaction as they do making “exciting and fun” advertisements. I purchased over 100 dollars in product based off the hype and advertising….only to be met with disappointment. At this point I’m wonder how they make money when they can’t complete orders….wait I know how…they take your money and go ghost when you contact them over 10 with no resolution. It must be nice to be a customer that gets product. Horrible experience, no communication other than scripted Ai and here it is May 2 and I can’t even get a hold of anyone for a refund. TRAGIC

I have 3 of the products for whitening

I have 3 of the products for whitening.
The strips, I get blotches of white on my teeth, but, nothing else really, maybe a 1/8 of a shade whiter maybe if I'm generous.
The whitening purple liquard/paste- my teeth still look the same. No changes.
The mouthwash- the ad looks great you spit out all of this brown liquid with some floaties. Well after opening and pouring in, the liquid is brown with little floaties- so that's not the solution removing stuff. And I feel my teeth are yellow after.

No customer service and missing items :(

I am so disappointed as I ordered x2 mouthwash which were expensive. I only received 1 and have contacted customer service four times with no response other than an automated one. The product is amazing which is really annoying as I wouldn't purchase again because I no longer trust the company:(

I placed my order on April 15th

I placed my order on April 15th. The payment on my card was April 16th. It's now April 29th and it has not been shipped yet. I have sent an email to & message on Facebook and no one response.
***UPDATE....2 hours after posting this review I was contacted and notified that my order has been canceled. They're saying they are out of the flavor that they sold me. #done

Whitening strips have no lasting effect.

I ordered the teeth whitening strips. Followed all instructions and left them on for 30 minutes as instructed. The whitening effect lasts for all of 20 minutes. Would not recommend.

wont be buying again

Paid £5.99 for delivery which took 12 days to arrive. When I requested an update from customer service I was advised that I would receive a refund for the delivery charge. Its been over a month with no refund.

Smile ID mouthwash also doesn't work like it does in the ads. Im a heavy smoker/coffee drinker and there were 0 bits when I spit it out. Just slightly brown in colour from the coffee lol. Won't be ordering again.

Scam

Scam! Avoid this company at all costs! Ordered strips in December 2025, was not happy with a purchase as it made my teeth super sensitive after 1 use , and no difference in a whitening….Messaged for return a no reply for months… after returning products still haven’t got my money back! It’s April 2026! And no reply, no money! Absolutely disgusting service……AVOID!!!

9 toothpaste purchased, 7 were expired

Purchased 9 toothpaste and in less than 1 year, 7 of them were expired. Was only able to use 2. Emailed them. They said they would get back to me within 1-4 business days. It's been more than 3-4 business weeks. They don't care. Scam company. False products. They don't stand behind their product. Don't let them capture your money. Recipe for a headache! Just get Colgate!

Poor all round

Have bought a few of their products for my children, all of which have been mediocre at best. My youngest had one of their electric toothbrushes for Christmas, bought Hismile replacement heads from Superdrug, and their (Hismile) own replacements don’t fit their products. Tried to contact customer services, who said I’d get a reply within 1-4 business days, but no-one ever replied. Wouldn’t recommend their consumables, brushes or customer services. Waste of money.

Awful company

Awful company. Placed the order and after no update for 10 days wanted to cancel it. I'd emailed them twice.
Eventually received it and I've emailed them twice to get a return started and have had no reply.
It's a shocking way to run a company.

Wrong item, awful customer service

I ordered the new mouthwash, was sent v34 whitening strips which aren’t even the same value. When I filled out the report to say the wrong item arrived, I received a generic email saying they would contact me with in 4-5 working days. Over 2 weeks later I haven’t heard from them.

1 STAR REVIEW…. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
