Missing items and no response

I ordered both the mouthwash and whitening strips, but only received half of my order. I’ve tried contacting customer support multiple times, but my emails have been ignored.

This is very disappointing, especially since I actually like the mouthwash. However, it’s unacceptable to charge customers for products that are never delivered.

Overall, this has been a really poor customer service experience.

Customer service is awful no contact at all but they sent me this review- so here it is -

White miffy device

I purchased a hismile white miffy toothbrush from a stockist last October, I have tried every head possible and none of them fit the device including the official miffy ones. I tried to contact customer service beginning of February to ask some advice and haven’t had any response which has left the toothbrush unusable and completely pointless. I have followed up the email 3 times and have now just given up! Save yourself the hassle and just get one of the other leading brands. For reference I wasn’t after a replacement device I just wanted advice on why the heads didn’t fit! Lucky the stores I have used have all refunded me for the heads not fitting and have even tried them personally even they can’t understand. They don’t actually deserve 1 star. I have for reference marked the date of experience as Feb as I tried to contact you on this date. I have also used the email address you post on the reviews in a attempt to get an answer

If this is not resolved soon, I will escalate the issue further

I placed an order with Hismile in December (Order EU1191402) and never received it.
The order was shipped on January 8th, but the tracking has been stuck on “on its way” ever since, despite the estimated delivery time being 6–12 business days. It has now been several months and I still have not received anything.
I have contacted customer support multiple times and received no response at all. This level of service is completely unacceptable.
At this point, I consider the order lost and I am extremely disappointed. I would not recommend ordering from this company based on my experience.

MONEY STEALING COMPANY

ive bought whitening stripps from the company hesmile at 27.2 they stated that i will get them within 4-7 days but the package arrived at 18.3 almost 3 weeks later. when i opened my package there was some wierd mouthwash in there that i did not order that made me very sad the money ive spend on this is alot and i did not order this product. my first email ive send right when i got the package on 18.3 no response. second email ive send on 30.3 aksing again if anyone can help me but one answer. only an automated email that someone will get back to me in 1-4 business days. 3e email ive send 1.4 no answer at al. 4e email ive send 4.4 no one awnsers. than i wrote an review and the responded that i should email at a review email address so my 5e email ive send there but no response only again an automated email that someone will contact me withing 1-4 bussines days. but that never happens. at 6.4 ive send again 2 emails one to help.orders and one to help.support but no one is replying. i am so sad this is so much money and ive never in my life seen this bad bad costumer service. ive send out another 3 emails today but at this point i want my money back. so i have decided to write another review since that is the only place i got sort of a response. please help me either get my order of my money back.

I have ordered for the first and last…

I have ordered for the first and last time. Very disappointing as I want to support local businesses. I ordered 2 bottles of the mouthwash, only received one. Followed their website to let them know and it states they will get back to me within 4 business days. Didn’t receive any response so sent another, still no response and now sending formal complaint. It’s not ok. The product is way more expensive than what is out there and for that I expect quality product and service. Very disappointed!

Very poor customer service
Ordered on the 27/03 toothpaste and toothbrush ordered. Simpsons toothbrush not included. Multiple times of Using the contact email no response all automated. 4 business days no response. If item cannot be fullfilled send a notification can refund the money. 😞😡

Not quite as scrumdiddliumptious... we got hooked with Wonka and Cotton Candy, and were stoked for this order of Simpsons Pink Donut and Blue Raspberry + Vault offerings of Grape Bubblegum toothpaste Watermelon mouthwash. But the flavors in this order were all super disappointing! Pink Donut in particular tastes like rancid amoxicillan. Bummed out.

Missing Items in order

I ordered 2 things
- Mystery toothpaste
- x2 Whitening strips
Only the toothpaste was sent the whitening strips were probably never sent or ignored, I emailed them a lot of times been 2 weeks no response. I think they just dont care, and if they respond to this and give me their email when I message them I will get ignored.

SCAM!!!

SCAM!!!! I ordered at the beginning of March and it shows fulfilled on their site with a track number. the track number does not exist. I have tried to contact the customer support and got no answer to two attempts.

Placed an order on Feb 15, and have sent numerous emails as my products have supposedly been “shipped” for almost 2 months now. Cannot get a reply from customer service. Terrible experience.

Vanilla flavor >>

I really like Hismile’s products. I think the vanilla toothpaste is my favorite but I’m liking the blue raspberry right now. The electric toothbrush gives a deep clean and I like that it has a time built in.

Very poor customer service.

Very poor customer service.
I ordered 8 products from there website and only 5 items turned up with my order and I have been trying to contact them for over two weeks, I get an automated email response saying they will be in touch with in 1-4 days and then no response from them, I have sent 4 emails asking to be contacted about my missing items.

These products really are good, delays with shipping

These products really are good, the mouthwash we were wowed by!
We have the Barbie pink bubblegum toothpaste and it’s brilliant, the whitening strips which do make your teeth whiter but I think need ongoing use.
The overall feeling of fresh breath, fully clean mouth lasts all day!
We did have delays on the shipment because the Uk warehouse were having fulfilment delays - (that’s why I’ve knocked a star off .. best way to get in touch with them is on instagram, took a few days for a reply but once I did the product came the next day)

This toothpaste is a life saver for us…

This toothpaste is a life saver for us as my youngest absolutely hates mint toothpaste!! His teeth got quite bad at one point but now they are all sorted with his favourite Simpsons toothpaste! Pleaseeeeee don’t ever stop doing this flavour!

It took a while to arrive 2 weeks overall but the products are amazing the mouthwash the gunk what came out was unbelievable and the toothpaste will definitely be ordering again

Good at first

I bought a toothbrush about a year ago and a bunch of heads with it. It’s great, teeth look and feel super clean. This week I had to buy new heads, so I bought enough to last the next year like last time.
None of them fit.
I suspect they’ve changed the design, so I emailed to ask if that’s the case, so I can buy a new handle if necessary. I’ve had no reply. I’ll be buying a new brush for sure, but it won’t be a hismile.
