Staff are too incompetent to know how to cancel orders, rather lie to you and say something is cancelled rather todo their actual jobs. Not to mention all their products are lies and false advertisement.

I love the new tube the toothpaste comes in... but it is a little difficult to squeeze out. Maybe its a little too thick of a paste...? Otherwise, its great!

Payed for my order on the 14th and nothing has arrived and they are ignoring my emails.

SCAM !!! Do not buy from this company , I didn’t ever receive my item , they used Amazon delivery which for some reason couldn’t deliver my purchase even tho Amazon have had no problem delivering before ?? When I’ve tried to contact the company I have tried several time and no answer or been told someone will be back in contact 1-4 days … nothing heard for months. AVOID!!

No replacement toothbrush heads available anywhere? Not in stores or online, mixed reviews about them having updated the design so newer heads don't fit?? Such a basic thing for a oral care company to get wrong! Highly regret buying an electric toothbrush

Bin it. The mouthwash made my teeth super sensitive after a week of use.

I’ve got a toothbrush months ago , I can’t find extra head in anywhere so I will have to get another brush now. Waste of money

After Sales Customer service is terrible, response time initially was 3-4 weeks, and at the moment after 2-3 follow up emails there has been no response.

2 of our toothpaste product tubes stopped working after a short amount of time,

We received an email to say they were going to be replaced but we have never received anything and when I follow up, there is no response

Missing items from my order tried contacting them several times but they just don't reply, DO NOT BUY FROM HISMILE ONLINE, buy from a reputable store because if there's any issue you WON'T get it sorted through hismile as they just don't care and don't reply back to you, they will take your money and run...... DOGSHIT company to do business with......

New products don’t work as well as the first range. Contacted them for my ‘guaranteed refund’, which they were happy to do providing I pay for the return of any product I had left. When I said I’d return it if they front the international courier cost for the shipping, they stopped responding to communication. Stay away from this shady organisation with their substandard products and services.

I ordered a package from HiSmile in March and it arrived missing an item. Since then, I’ve sent FOUR separate emails and haven’t received a single response — no acknowledgment, no explanation, and definitely no refund for the item I paid for but never received.
This isn’t just poor customer service, it’s completely unacceptable. Ignoring customers when something goes wrong is a terrible way to run a business. At this point, it feels like once they’ve got your money, they simply don’t care.
Save yourself the frustration and don’t order directly from them.

Bought replacement brush heads that don’t fit my Hismile toothbrush despite being labelled the same (Barbie version). Contacted support 10 days ago and still no response despite being told 1–4 business days and emailing several times on serval different platforms. Currently unusable product

1st order went off without a hitch and a great product, 2nd order 15 days and still processing. The reduction of stars is from the 5 star 1st order.

Colouring agents (like caramel/dyes) make it look darker and nastier
Even clean mouths will often still produce “gunk” because it’s a chemical reaction, not just dirt removal
That’s why people sometimes see the same amount every rinse — it’s not purely “leftover filth”.

My son loves the Vanilla toothpaste. Regular mint toothpastes are "too spicy" and bubblegum is gross. Vanilla is the perfect answer for this kid!
