No hiccups or anything. A bit low on information, but it got detected and registered with my local carrier (PostNord, the Swedish national mail handler) so I got notifications on my phone when the parcel entered Sweden and when it ended up at my parcel delivery location. Good packaging with no damages.

Kings Road Merch ( Germany) Problems happens, the question is, what do you / Cutomer service do ( or even just try to do)...and here the answer is-NOTHIN-ZERO-NADA.
Will not recommand for international customer, since Kings road will not declair the item value and delivery value separately on the Parcel invoice (like amazon or any other dealer) so you end up with an over priced parcel and you will have to pay an unreasonable tax for a 30E recorde. I called, Sent mails, they answered the first mail and moved to radio silence. When finaly I got them on the phone, I was told it never happened to them before....digging the web I found similar bad reviews ( will do that before I order from a new shop next time).
Finaly...I will not buy or recommend to buy from this shop.
I DO have to say that after all ( 30e record,~30e delivery +/- and 40e Tax)
The parcel was well packed.

I did not receive my shipment of records.

Either they were delivered to the wrong address or Fed Ex didn't attempt to contact, and just left the shipment on my step, (with a bus stop right outside) and they were immediately stolen.

(Note: there was some confusion at my end, as I had two orders from Kings Road Merch. One from the EU site going to Canada and one from the US site going to the US)

I received an invoice from Fed Ex for import charges on a Kings Road order of records. I contacted Fed Ex to inquire where I to go to pay the fees and pick up my shipment. Fed Ex tells me that the shipment has already been delivered. I tell them the order has not been received. They inform me the shipper should initiate the investigation.

I contacted Kings Road Merch and they tell me they will start the investigation process with Fed Ex.

This has dragged on for a month now. I've contacted Kings Road Merch several times looking for updates. Each time Kings Road has assured me that Fed Ex is investigating and I should be patient; this being the last reply I received:

We have not received an update from FedEx so far. It can take a moment until they will let us know the result of the investigation.

As soon as we will receive an kind of news, we will get back to you.

After another week of not hearing from Kings Road, I thought I should contact Fed Ex to see how the investigation is going.

Fed Ex informs me that Kings Road Merch HAS NOT CONTACTED THEM AT ALL regarding this matter.

I've now requested Kings Road Merch send a replacement order, but I have not heard back from them as yet.

I really hope this is just some horrible communication breakdown. "fingers crossed" Though I'm concerned there's some small print, time frame, cut-off date that the customer is required to officially request a claim by, and Kings Road Merch is giving me the runaround on purpose, thus disqualifying me from making a claim.

Hopefully, I'm just overthinking it and it's just a misunderstanding. Though I feel like I'll likely be contacting my credit card company very soon.

the price on their website and the price you end up paying don't match even though the price of an item you purchase on their website says "including VAT". no, it's not, it's a lie. tracking doesn't work. not to mention that your purchase is being delivered to your post office via local mail services and not your home by such companies as ups or dpd or even dhl, which is just fantastic to deal with during a pandemic. and on top of it all, they don't answer your emails. but boy do they charge you as if you're getting luxury items and most vip services out there. i would rate them half a star if i could tbh.
