Super helpful with helping me fix an order which I sent to the wrong address. Love our Stanley cups, we have a whole collection now and can’t fault them.

My order from Stanley was fulfilled incredibly fast, the package arrived even sooner than expected. The mug was very well packed and came in perfect condition. As for the product itself - it’s fantastic! <3 Sturdy, well-made, and exactly what I was looking for.

I honestly don’t understand the negative reviews. In my case, customer service was super helpful and gave me great advice when I needed assistance. From start to finish, the whole experience was smooth and professional. I highly recommend Stanley!

Stanleys are great. I hesitated at the start to get one as I thought it couldn’t be that special - but i was shocked that it in fact was!! I love my bottles and would not be without it. I gift it all the time. Everyone’s always very happy to get it and the feedback is amazing.

I was really happy with my purchase on the EU website.
The delivery was very quick and unproblematic and the quencher arrived perfectly. My mom also already ordered there, and she was very satisfied as well, that’s why I decided to order here too.
I can’t say anything about the customer service though, I did not need to contact them for anything yet.

Ordered now multiple times. Even when i had a question to the order an answer came always within couple of hours.

I have places several orders in the last year, all of them were delivered within a few days. Shipment confirmation and emails with tracking. Excellent service!

I've had nothing but positive experiences so far. All my cups arrived on time and in good condition. I've had genuinely fake cups from other suppliers, so in the end, it's worth buying from the manufacturer.

Overall with the company, website, etc. I have never had an issue. Payment worked fine, search was a little off but you could tell they were slowly pulling the website up and running, delivery and returns were all done with ease and in a timely fashion: no issues at all. Regarding the products, I have always loved them. They are of great quality. The main reasons I am giving 4 stars is due to the lack of variety/selection and the prices are hiked up SO MUCH compared to the US, it's kind of crazy to compare. Other than that, I enjoy the product(s) and shopping in Europe is getting better and better. Every time I give one as a gift, people are so happy. I just wish the variety and prices were a little more regulated.

I absolutely love my Stanley Cup! It keeps my drinks cold for hours, looks great, and fits perfectly in my car’s cup holder. The quality is excellent – sturdy yet stylish. I use it every day and wouldn’t want to be without it. Highly recommend!
